Hi Ellen, I love your videos and when I can’t manage the time to get to the brushes I treat myself with watching you paint and listening to your voice. Somewhere I saw that you wrote you were feeling discourage with lack of viewers. Please don’t feel this way but do know that many of us are juggling full time jobs and families. We rush through a lot, cut corners everywhere we can so we can get to our true love of watercolour. Best regards Ellen. Keep up the amazing work ❤

I’ve always been confused by your style of painting. Like the process. You go in to the painting creating whatever background or image you’re doing and then halfway through, just take it out or cover it up with another color. Like you had a heavy blue on the bottom then a minute later, you brushed it all out so it was mostly yellow again with very little blue/gray areas. I’ve seen this so many times before. You add purple to a sky or something then completely lift it out and do blue instead? Is there a reason? Do you not really plan before a painting and just start on a whim? Are you just indecisive? It’s made it difficult to follow your tutorials without making sure I watch the whole thing first and take note of all the times you decide to completely change something.
