Ellen, this is just wonderful!!!! Fall is my favorite season so these past two tutorials are just what my soul needs... don't have masking fluid but i guess white gouache will do the trick if i splatter on damp and maybe tweak once it dries. Anyway once again a huge thanks for all your tutorials!
I'm going to try this in a Monet fashion! Thanks for the inspiration !

What kind of paper and what brand watercolors you use ?
I have problems getting my water colors wet looking. I used to do acrylics and my water color looks like that.
