Great video indeed. Lost and found edges without all the esoteric stuff. Love it
Omg! I have spent weeks trying to watch tutorials and create them like the teachers/masters and they never talk about brush strokes! No wonder I’ve been doing it wrong!!! Than you so much! Patreon here I come.

Thank you Nina for explaining such interesting techniques! For now should I just practice the techniques of connecting shapes, and hard edges, or jump in to attempting to do a full painting? Thank you!!!👍👍👍

Hi Marvin, you always free to paint anything, please never stop if you feel desire to paint. But if you feel like your painting needs improvement. I'd definitely start practicing in addition to painting. In terms of where to start: if you think you can do flat wask nice and even, progress to multi color. If this is nice and even, find something simple in your house:a corner of a table and a chair next to it for example, try to find connections and paint as a single multi color was. I'd practice this step until you start seeing connections just by looking at the scene in you minds eyes. It takes time to rewire you brain, so please don't get disheartened if it doesn't happen quick. Talk soon.

Very helpful. I haven’t seen anyone show how to scoop the paint and connect shapes. How long have you been painting with Watercolor? I’m still a beginner of almost 5 years.

I'm so glad it's helpful Sue! I've been painting since I can remember my self. I went to art school for 8y. Then I used watercolor for architectural drawings...but since 2020 I'm a full time artist. ☺️ Watercolor is a lifetime apprenticeship, but I like it for that!
