I have a 2021 ecoboost and noticed that’s the headliner was wet after my wash any idea how that happened?

Dude thank you so much!!! Just ordered a set. Kept smelling a musty smell in my only 12,000 mile mustang I was so pissed. It would happen after heavy rain or especially after detailing it, but this explains a lot! How did you go about cleaning all that water and musty smell out after?? Trying to get that new car smell back and that nasty mildew smell out. Thanks again!

This happened to mine as well

What would cause water to collect in driver side rear quarter panel? I have water seeping the area where the seatbelt retractor is located. I can hear sloshing when driving.

@texaseliteperformance4471 I just found some threads where there is a hairline crack at the top corner of the rear glass (S550+ coupe). I can see a very small crack on the side where there is a leak. I may try a bit of Sikaflex boat sealant at the top corners of the glass in the drip trough using a q-tip and then touch up with matching paint. In order to repair this correctly the rear glass would need to come off. PITA. Still not sure this is the source of the leak as it could be coming through a poorly sealed lower panel or wheel well.

You don’t have to treat the metal so it doesn’t rust?
