Water Ganache White Chocolate

Here we show you how to make white chocolate water gancache. Just a few easy steps, with the ratio 6:1 and with water.
We all know white chocolate is so tempermental so with this technique it won't seize or split. It is all about getting the right ratio.
It is an amazing reipe to use with Brigid's Easy cake Tin liner GANACHING KIT.

    Can you use candy melt n how long can it remain out at room temperature after decorating

    I make Bobby Flay’s flourless chocolate cake. In that recipe you put the chocolate and sugar in a food processor, spin it around. While it is spinning you pour in the boiling water. Could you do this ganache that way?

    You can indeed, so the ratio for water ganache is the same . I haven’t tried it but I heard it’s the same x

    When you say 6;1 ratio , what would that be in Grams for chocolate and ml for water I can never convert ratio`s correctly and always mess up Thank you xx
