If Micky's watching the first 5 seasons of Thomas The Tank Engine & Friends (the ones based mostly the original Railway Series books and directed by David Mitton) then no wonder he was getting so into it. Bloody good telly those first 5 seasons are! And he's right about Toby. He's old and seen it all, he stays out of bullshit drama but stirs it up in others for his own amusement. Gives no shits and just wants to have a secret laugh. Once you notice this personality trait you'll keep seeing it.

@Grumpy Git if it was that simple, the newer seasons that weren't based on the books would've been good too. But they sucked. As did that awful series they did in CGI and the new cartoon. You can't even tell the difference in quality?! Absolute melt. LOL

Am German, lived in UK for 7 years. This is my most favorite comedian in the world. What a chavy legend

As a father this had me crying with a mixture of tiredness and laughter. (We don't have a cleaner so I'm not sure we have a class in London 😁)

This was one of the funniest bits i’ve seen in a while.

the only thing I know about Thomas the Tank Engine, is a mash up with Beyounce's 'Single Ladies' . you start up the TTE opening theme music with the 'Single Ladies' video and you get a very pleasant surprise. think Pink Floyd's DSotM and Wizard of Oz.

I have been trying to find this part for ages when I saw it on TV I couldn't stop laughing my arse off, because I'd imagine that chat on the playground with some dad's lol Thing is I watched Thomas as a kid, now I've grown up you don't realise how dark that show is. I still wonder if Henry is still bricked in that tunnel remember that episode

No that was a two parter and he got free at the end of the second episode. The name of the 2 episodes is the sad story of Henry and Henry Edward and Gordon.
