Completing an act of purpose will elevate you past temptation. --> For example, if you feel like drinking or eating junk food, do a bunch of push-ups, pull ups, or burpees, or any other exercise to force you into a state of high vibration. --> Boredom -> Desire -> Vices --> Boredom comes from a lack of gratitude. If you were truly grateful for what you have given, then you wouldn't be bored.     Not ready to join his pyramid scheme just yet (still figuring out what my product would be) but just listening to Wes on KZread for last few years has changed my life. My self talk, discipline and confidence has improved dramatically. I stopped drinking after 25 years of being a bad alcoholic and at 40 I'm literally in the best shape of my life.     @@matbob7249 I understand but as he said, he doesn’t do it anymore. A lot of these new online people preaching about working 9-5 hustling but why not have fun in between. People want to promote grinding and succeeding but the point is to stay young and healthy and have fun in the process. And yes snowboarding is good whether your broke or not. It’s the same logic as going to the gym everyday to keep the body in shape.

    Fathers role is not to babysit the kid. 50/50 is what majority of female wants because society told them we are equal, but in reality men should be kept busy getting income and wealth, teaching the kid valuable lessons when he's home, meanwhile a woman supposed to look after kids food, schooling and babysitting. Old school.

    love this show brad but this podcast studio is 💩 looks like a FOX studios designed it. Way too clinical and having the guest separated on the other side of the room with a bright ass desk. seems more like an interrogation and a huge disconnect with your guest. How about some leather boss man chairs or even a big round table that you both sit at. the vibe would be way more respectful and probably land more viewers
