"Depression is a magnification of the past" Dude came up with that line in seconds. I love that. All these shrinks got all of us thinking that we have a "disease" when really were just focused on negative events from the past. Get up, dust yourself off, and move forward. That's how your defeat depressive mindsets. It's not with a pill.

Depression is pondering in the past, anxiety is focusing on too much on the future. Text book definition’s, he just used a different word. The guy even though he says he hasn’t read many books is still well read and versed

@@jordanoleary8473 😂 agreed! Depression covers a wide spectrum. A person can feel the shadow of depression over them for absolutely no reason, which will only make it more acute for the sufferer. I like Wes but he should stay away from the subject of depression. He's insulting the families of those people who paid the ultimate price to escape a life of mental torture.

Depression is a made up lie for the medical industry to make billions and its working, the word isn't found in the bible nor any old religious books, anxiety also isn't real, I used to think I had depression but I stopped believing in it and my life has gotten so much better, don't believe the bullshit. Also don't talk about it or bring it up, if I was actually retarded would I talk about it with my friends and family? No I wouldn't so also don't talk about it and don't believe in it and watch your life magically change, have a good one. Keep a strong mind not a weak mind have a good day guys

Wes is actually the person who made me realize I needed to change, I was 20 skinny ass sitting at home getting high playing video games all day when I discovered him on youtube. I'm 22 now in the best shape of my life, own my own house, and just started my own buisness. 2 years I did a 180!! Pay attention to what that man says and apply it !!

I'm my own buisness now plan to do it for a few years to get experience under my belt then I want to start a training course for it. You almost have to have an in to get into a course for it, I took a private course that was only 2 weeks long and it cost me 10,500.. I want to eventually be the guy charging that to teach people the trade. There's lots of techs in the field who pull 50k a month, its a super unheard of/untouched trade !!

Yeah he was dropping alot of f bombs all over the place, which should be your first hint he's not intellectual. Let me break this beefcake down for you real quick. He's a good motivation speaker but he's all over the place. This guy tells you straight up he's never had a job or career. His prior claim to fame and wealth was being a drug dealer. Which although it's shady could take some bravado. Ole wes here wasn't even that hard to be a drug dealer. He lives in California the hub of the American pot trade where you have easy access to all the pot you want, with far less consequences than anywhere else. So this guy's street experience was being basically a lazy drug dealer who chose that path because it was easy lmao. yes he's a tough guy and was probably g code , so it is whatever good for him. Not impressed. Try being a pot kingpin in any other state and I'll give you a pass. He wasn't. Then he goes to prison for attacking some dude over a debt or beef almost kills him, once again we don't know if it was even justified attack. Well take his word. Since he's a juice head alpha he goes to prison and because he's scared for his life he becomes a overactive tough guy and work out nut. He makes it thru prison barely, and comes out with not alot to do other than work out and order people around. once again for him he takes a lazy opportunity to become sometype of guru motivational online guy. Good for him he followed his goals. But he's doing nothing special, no hard work other than pumping the same iron and yelling. There's tons of more helpful calm focused trainers on KZread that you can go follow and respect. His demographics are these wannabe tough guys who can't follow common sense themselves need a drill sergeant..once again great. I'm not blown away with this guy and think there's something else up with him TBH. These two tool bags swabbing there cocks over each other is cringe to me. But what do I know I'm just a troll right? Gfy

Love your scientific approach to success. With numbers, statistics etc., No anecdotal evidence, no work hard bullshit. Just pure facts.

I’m a few minutes in. Been a long time listener of your podcast. This was BY FAR my favorite! Listening to it while working out and can’t stop bursting out in laughter. Great knowledge. Love it man.

They really need to do a episode where Brad thinks of something and then Wes goes off just like he did here but do about three or four things. The depression suggestion was so good and Immediate and smooth it couldn't of been better even if it was planned
