🌹 ABOUT ME
A Thai living in the UK.
I work as an accountant but also consider myself a full-time learner. I moved to London 5 years ago having 2 suitcases to my name to start a career in accounting, earning minimum salary. As a family, we're now proud home owners, got rid of £20k debt and managed to increase my salary by four-fold! I enjoy conversations around money, career, how to navigate life as a millennial.

I have no doubt that this comment section is full of people who will succeed! This life won't take us down.
One of my dreams is to buy an abandoned mansion and convert into a home for people who dont have anyone in their lives. People have become more isolated than ever before, and when situations arise where they need help, there is nowhere to turn. It'll have a huge community garden and provide a safe place for those who have lost their way. People need eachother now more than ever.

Wow, i have a similar dream, but want to build a cottage style house surrounded by an orchard wherd peoplec can connect with jature, pick fruits and basically have each other around...a place of escape whether just for the weekend or for a week, with many fun, yet simple activities. This my dream... so .ovely that you too have a similar dream. How far have you gone? Lets motivate each other.

@@wendytompkins6337 Hi Wendy, everyone is different and I have always remained positive even in the worst of situations I have been in many critical environments in my lifetime, however, I always, remained positive. I set new goals some months ago as I felt my life was going nowhere and my health was suffering because of it. I set a new goal that was realistic and achievable! The goals were and in one case is ongoing to do Gym regularly and also get certified class 2 HGV which I have done. I live in palmers green. Wendy don't be afraid to communicate with people even at the shops as you know most Brits are friendly and polite. Reach out more you be surprised how relationships build.
Been there. Done that. Twenty four years ago I was homeless and the only possessions I had were what fitted in my suitcase.

My life has been chaotic. A failed relationship took its toll on my life and my business. 34 years old, staying at my mums for a whole year dealing with depression and only just keeping my motivation up to go out and deal with my business. Finally I have secured a new spot in a new city and I hope to get focused, routined and back in that gym. Need my spark back and to let go of the past. Deffo stuck, but this restart us my biggest shot to get my desired outcome in life.

I'm currently struggling with social anxiety and self hate, have lost all of my hope in life I'm feeling not good enough i had so many dreams and i know that i have the brain and dedication to achieve it but my social anxiety is getting on the way making it harder to even do daily tasks let alone achieving my goals there's is no therapy here in my country and i can't tell no one about it because people will just isolate me even more and talk in my back about it so it's just me all by myself fighting this nightmare 😢 I will try to fix the problem from the root and push myself to face my fear and i hope i will come back here and tell you guy and me that it's over and I'm free😊

Not only that we all have different paths, we all were given different talent and opportunities too. Many successful people get to where they are due to hard work + opportunities (luck) so it's not unfair to you to compare yourself to someone else with different starting point.

Hey ..Thank you for the priceless motivation you have shared in this video Grateful for that.Im 21 and feels like stuck on somewhere.I feels impossible to move on and I'm searching for a fresh start.I have gone through chronic depression for around 2 years and thank God I've recovered. Now I can't recognise the phase of my life because I had lost the path of continuity. My peers who studied with me in schools and colleges have been accomplished something in their life whether as in career or as financial independence. But here I'm far behind them without figuring out anything about life. Finally I've accepted my situation and decided to move on.But I've to know whether it is too late to move on.l have nothing left except hope.Again thank you for your video.I have to live a life compensating my past two years where I only sat back, regretted, cried silently.

I am also 21 and have been stuck in depression since losing my brother at 16 , I have accomplished a lot and yet still feel stuck. I come from a toxic mentally and emotionally unstable family over the years I realized just how much it took a toll on my mental. I am now pushing through breakthrough where I feel as though God is wanting me to move and completely start over from scratch. I’m actually really excited for this new journey and how I will grow over the years. I believe we got this and Gods plan is far better than ours. I am hopeful, faithful and ready. I wish you the best of luck on this journey and may your journey be filled with joy!

I feel the same way. I have a 10 year old daughter that I want to make proud. I moved to LA for a better life for us. Yet It’s been so challenging. I cry, wipe my tears and pray. Believing in ourselves is key. Self doubt will kill a lot of dreams and make life difficult. Life will get better I keep remind myself. I’m on this self love journey that will help me change my mindset and achieve my goals

This is one of your best videos but please stop worrying about money. Comparing yourself leads to "keeping up with the Jone's'. If you cannot have a decent life in your current location then move elsewhere, check out the North East or the North West. In particular Newcastle, Manchester or Liverpool, fantastic places and people :)

“New language?” Anyway, you can do almost anything when you’re young. Starting over at 60 after a job injury is a losing battle. Better have a boatload of money or you’re literally done.
