2023 I lost my parents and brother. I caught my husband cheating with a friend of mine, which caused me to lose my marriage. Then lost my job dealing with all my sadness and depression over everything. This year I need to find who I am and take control of my life. I’m so desperate. I can’t even remember who I used to be.

Change your mindset, read self-help books, expand knowledge, budget and don't spend on impulse, save, take your finances seriously, eat healthy, exercise your body, meditate; the list goes on... I hope it is useful to you.

@eiraantoinette6793 I learnt to be frugal, minimal on spending, saving and paying myself first through Investing, made Plans, growing passive income, Read a lot of books on finance, followed my plan consistently.

This was great. Thank you. When you said Try Jesus, I said YES! I just turned 40 and there is much to do. Working on my environment, wardrobe and fitness currently.
