I love this judge already. No BS going on in his courtroom, but he’s still friendly and approachable in between of the shenanigans

I absolutely appreciate how candid Judge Sabella is with his expectations of how things will and should play out. He gives the utmost respect to the Jury and demands such from all Parties present in a polite matter. He furthermore- in every case I've seen him preside - always takes the responsibility upon himself for logistical hiccups. In other words, he'll apologize for briefly dismissing the Jurors, and then the Witness. He'll address any issues with the Parties before said issues become audible. Then he'll return the Jury and the Witness and the Courtroom as a whole to it's prior state openly announcing that any disruption was on Him and they can hold it against Him if they have a problem. And He does all this with prompt and deliberate politeness. This Judge is a Cool-Headed Badass 😎

I wholeheartedly agree. He seems very fair. He’s a sharp judge comes across as very humble. Plus it doesn’t hurt that he’s a Florida State Seminole lol.

This trial will take three months with as many times the lawyers approach the Judge.

I have watched Judge Sabella before in a different trial and he is awesome. He doesn't take to just the Prosecution or the Defense side; he is not bias to either side. I will add he has always been concerned for Jurors safety/meals/health/and their time; a great Judge.

Is this part 1 or part 2? Searched for day 2 and two different titles showing "day 2 part 1" AGAIN please put trial day number in title, Law and Crime. Edit: and day 4 was right under day 2 in search results.

Every time I glance at the title of the video, my brain sees "Ice Cream Man Double Murder Retrial - ft. Michael Keetley" like it's the title of a rap music video or something. Then my brain proceeds to show me a snapshot of that awful video, with Keetley doing the stereotypical "rap video pose" with his arms crossing over his chest like a self-hug. It's the worst, and I hope writing this comment will make it stop happening.

Mom and Dad still trying to save their 50 something year old son. Nice job Mom and Dad……enabling. The son is a real winner if he has previous charges of burglary, theft and so on. Then dad says “he has already been to court”. This whole family is a bunch of Winners😂

I think Keetley is guilty guilty guilty... but the prosecution doesn't inspire much confidence. I can't be the only one that thinks it seems like the proecution is leading the witness (at least, based on my own experience/training as an English lawyer, and our rules of evidence and procedure) and occasionally seems to be testifying

Innocent until PROVEN GUILTY! You might want to do a little research on this case. The last trial was declared a mistrial due to a hung jury 10-2 NOT GUILTY. Meaning 10 jurors voted not guilty, 2 voted guilty.

They're hostile and rude to their own witnesses. Why she couldn't tell him whether it was a transcript of his unrecorded or the recorded interview? She tosses it to him and says "you look it over and you can tell me". That was damned rude.

@@eightVALERIEeight She is trying not to lead him too much. What is supposed to happen is he looks down on it, remembers having said it and the memory that made him give that statement.

I WAS optimistic when the Prosecutor gave her opening statement BUT the defense attorney questioning the witness from the restaurant was LEADING THE WITNESS THROUGHOUT and they didn't object one time! This killer is guilty but I believe he is going to walk!!! I'm disgusted...I don't even want to watch anymore!

Leading is allowed on cross examination, but it’s not allowed on direct and re-direct.

Up to this point the prosecution can rest, he’s guilty. Unless the defense can explain to me how he couldn’t have done it, I don’t see him walking. I understand that 10 jurors found him not guilty in his first trial and he does have very good lawyers. So it will be very interesting to see if they could change my mind

Who’s paying for this defense team?? I’m so over this ice cream man. He murdered innocent people over him losing 12 dollars and got the wrong ones. This trial is infuriating just like the first one was.

I think it was probably the shooting that made him upset. Not the 12 dollars. If the last jury really did hang with only 2 for guilty…I wouldn’t be so positive of his guilt…
