Ойын-сауық
A prominent Atlanta attorney’s wife turns up dead. Diane McIver was shot while they rode in their SUV in a bad part of town. During her murder trial, jurors learned Diane’s last words: “Tex, you shot me.” Justice Rules explains why Diane’s husband, Claud “Tex” McIver, wanted her dead.

Complete liar.
I remember this case 😅I said it wasn’t a no damn accident 😂😂😂
I LOVE how he says, with a straight face: "I was protecting her" and "it was a perfect marriage"...because ALL perfect marriages have husbands $350K + interest in hock to their wives, and have that same husband wanting to squeeze every last grubby cent out of their "perfect" wife's old shirts and shoes. The fact that he was doing that, shows how much he resented her. Resented that she had her own money to spend on herself, when HE wanted that money, all along. I watched my grandfather after grandma died. He kept her clothes and her jewellery exactly as they were, though made sure they didn't get dusty. He said they smelled of her, and just catching sight of the clothes out of the corner of his eye gave him sudden flashes of her presence, as though she were there. He said "it's the best kind of haunting."

You were speaking of true love. Your grandpa is one of the rare species.
So the husband claims he was worried out their safety asks for the gun, but claims to have fell asleep?. If safety was such a concerned, falling asleep would be the last thing you'd do. You'd be wide awake until that fear is no longer an issue. Ain't no way I would've believed that.
The thing that sold me, was that he told the driver not to go to the nearest hospital. He did this, in order to give his wife enough time to die. And if he was so nervous about the area in which they were, what's he doing "dozing off?"
Looks like it was a revolver. Hard to believe that kind of accident would happen with the revolver. Too much force would be required on the firing mechanisms.
He looks evil. Another corrupt lawyer smh
