My mother was 36 when she was murdered with a sawed off shotgun to the base of her skull, the buckshot injured 25 other people. She was married 6times and all my life I only wanted a father and that turned into wanting a man. There's nothing wrong with minimum wage work. For one thing, it's honest. It won't land you in prison. Contrary to what a lot of people say, you can support yourself with it. My father worked his way up to running multi-million dollar businesses starting as unskilled labor. Never underestimate where that landscaping or dishwashing job can lead you. You may just end up running the company or even owning your own.

Judge: 'what's your name...what's the date... who are you... nurse, can I have my tablets?'

I just saw this video, now 2.5 years after it was posted. I am impressed with the judge in this case. He is respectful to everyone, gives suggestions to the defendant, and ran the court in a very professional matter.

The judge couldn’t be any nicer. I think he feels sad that this guy did this and his mother is being put through hell. He ruined his life when he could have got a job, go to school or a training program but you have to be a good guy.

Innocent until proven guilty? Do you think the state should be able to accuse you of something and then lock you up for potentially years without proper evidence or a jury of your peers granting that? Or you only believe in due process for some?

Someone who killed a person in a supermarket should not be released on bond and the judge certainly knows the circumstances. Hell, he even knew the defendant!
