I have seen this video several times and I can’t get this bike out if my mind. The proportions, the stance, the rake angle, the seating position all seem to be how the perfect bike should be. I have not seen a better rendition. I must appreciate the genius of this man.

It is absolute genius. WAY better looking than the original ST1100 (Looked too much like a GoldWing, though the original flat-4 goldwings without the fairings were sick), and probably better balanced too. I don't think there is a better looking transverse V4 bike out there.

The self invented tinkerer of the highest level. Love the design and the way you invented the whole concept.👍 it's great to see how your relative simple shop can accommodate all your creative needs. Keep up the fantastic work!

I like the way you find solutions, now put a little more effort into the final finishing touches like the gaps and pop rivets. But one thing I find downright dangerous is the way you welded the front end. You should have used an insert for this and first welded it through a drill hole before mounting the new piece. And use high tension steel for this. Because you moved the front wheel forward, the whole machine is also lowered at the front. That's why the bike now falls over so quickly when you push it. You may have to adjust the jiffy and central position a bit to avoid annoying situations. As a former Pan European rider I'm sure the original bike will ride better, but I did enjoy your build video!

Your workmanship is raw and honest. Your talent is just as brutal. Honestly, if I was Honda, or another brand, I would take good notice of what you've done here. It's a concept that could be very appealing on a production muscle bike. I know I would buy one for sure.

Oh my days those welds on the front end sure are something. You are a braver man than I to ride that thing on the roads.

This bike is glad you saved it from being scrapped. You gave her a second life!!

44:12 - NOTE!!! - IF you work on your bike while it is on centre stand etc) LOCK THE FRONT BRAKE ON WITH CABLE TIE/ELASTIC BAND/TAPE!!! I suffered the same kind of issue once, and soon learned that locking the front brake on DOES HELP! Lucky for you your freshy painted beastie didn't suffer any damage 🤞👍 😎🇬🇧

The secret to a great finish is to wait to paint everything and then send everything at once to a powder coater for everything black. Paints cool but the powder coating will always look super professional. As well as anodizing.

Hammering the threaded nuts inside the pipes is such a legitimately great hack! I need to try and remember that for my builds.

This is a very nice ST1100 build. In the future, use a ratchet strap between the center stand and the rear of the frame to keep the stand from collapsing.

I really liked the way you showed how you tackled each part, most TV shows where they build stuff make look more complicated and confusing, however you video makes people think they can do it too, so it's very confidence inspiring. It's a shame stuff like this is illegal in my country.

First off, I not only love your ingenuity, but also your resourcefulness. Anyone can open a catalog and buy ready made add ons for there bike, but you recycled and made your own parts to make this bike one of a kind and your own. The only thing I would add is a fly screen to keep the wind off your body some. By that's just me. Good work, can't wait to see your next project.

I honestly believe that you have a good facility for improvising and looking for solutions, even if they are not perfect, but you do it very well... What I cannot ignore is the deformation to which you have subjected the chassis after forcing it with the hydraulic jack and later those extension tubes with those weak welds, which what it does is dangerously weaken the chassis. Keep in mind that it is a heavy motorcycle that reaches more than 200 km/h. "It is my opinion". For everything else, "good job"

Such procedure probably will work on a 14 kg MTB but not on a 200+ kg motorcycle

incredible job ! with a very few tools ! your sir have all my respect and deserve much more visibility !

I've built several aircraft, including a Rotorway helicopter which I still own. Aside of that headstock welding, I'm truly impressed. He doesn't sweat some of the little fit and finish details, which help get a great project done so much faster. I've god a buddy like this, he designed and built his own helicopter from scratch with a Subaru engine, we have flown together a few times. Genius is impressive.

The design of this thing is absolute genius. I want to own a bike that looks exactly like this one. Motorcycle manufacturers need to take note.

Love your video, wish I have all the equipments you have in your workshop. As a hobbyist DIYer who loves working with sheet metal, I am amazed how you can confidently eyeball and manually manipulate the workpiece and get it fit 99% well on first try . I don't think I could never achieve that level of skill. Most of the time I 'll either screw up the alignment or fitting of the workpiece no matter how many times I measured and prep.😅

Not going to lie, I like it. I get the feeling of it having a hood, so to speak. It looks amazing!

with a better finish (especially painting and welding) you could be at the same level than other international well known builders... but you would be just one among others. What is really special with you and your work is that you don't take it too seriously, with shiny tools and workshop or licked videos and images. Beauty beast, cannot believe I watch this video 9 times in this week. But just 1 things I think it will make your bike more cooler that you need to build for your old fuel tank connected with the new one you built and cover the interior of the bike, using dark grey decal to cover up the screws. It will make your motor more complete and cooler
