Meanwhile in the Garage

Meanwhile in the Garage

Once upon a time, there was a young boy who was fascinated by the mechanics of airplanes.
He spent hours studying the intricate parts and mechanisms that made them fly.
From a young age, he knew that his dream was to create new and innovative mechanisms of his own. He studied hard in school and went on to pursue a degree in mechanical engineering. He worked tirelessly for many years, taking on various jobs at different companies, honing his skills and gaining valuable experience. Eventually, he landed a job working on parts for satellites, fulfilling a lifelong dream. But he didn't stop there. He decided to share his passion and knowledge with the world through his KZread channel "Meanwhile in the Garage." He shared his insights and creations with the world, inspiring others to pursue their own dreams and make a difference in the world.
He proved that with hard work, dedication and passion, anything is possible.

I am missing or jot understanding hownypu intend to control the flight of this craft. The air defectors controlled by the handlebars allowmypu to rotate CW or CCW, throttle controls balde rpm. I fail to see how you will control flight direction forward, backward, side to side. Unless you plan to use yoir body to change the balance and as such tip the craft from a level plane to create thrustinand angular direction rather than only straight up....but this, controlling by only this method will be very difficult if possible at all for any length of time. Individual control of the rpm and/or blade pitch of each corner is the only feasible method of control and even that requiring computer speed monitoring and controlling for any length of sustainable flight time. That's my opinion, just like assholes, everyone has one, lol. I dont mean to be rude I'm just curious as to how you plan(planned) to control the direction of flight. Are you planning tonadd more controls than just throttle and the air deflectors?

Change the gear ratio, props use the transmission Also use clutch on props. And lock the throttle at 1/2 or 3/4. Variable speed clutches. Front and rear, side to side. Or you need to have motor on a swivel to lean towards the direction you want to go. Or have 6 propellers with the middle one swivel to pull you the direction you want to go.

At first with the holes, it reminded me of an FF7 blade. The final product actually makes me think of a One Piece katana given how bright and bold it is. lol

You mite find you will have more luck if you design the propellers in a way that instead of going around the way they do that they go around where they are pushing air up, it will mean you need less propeller and more left imagine two circles with the propeller queen every few inches from one circle to the other. I’m pushing up. I hope you get what I mean.

Calculate the right attack angle for each blade to help create the correct lift for the propeller. In the image we can see that each blade seems to have too much turned angle...maybe set them more horizontal !

The only thing I would have done differently is to fill the blades with expanding foam to make them more rigid and put a guard around the blade tips. If something goes wrong and you end up coming off it, at least you won't get hit by the blade tips. You will need to rethink the gear ratio for blades and angle of attack for more lift

If someone made a 3 wheel scooter like the Piaggio MP3 or Yamaha Tricity with the 2 front wheels that pivot, for better handling. Make a recumbent seating position & added a removable aerodynamic lightweight weather enclosure. You could drive it year round in rain & cold & easily get well over 70mpgs.

Acho que faltou potência para voar mais alto, tem o peso da moto da estrutura do drone e do piloto, talvez helices um pouco maiores, que mudem o passo ao invés de acelerar
