Making of futuristic Three-Wheeler Vehicle - I Modified Scooter to the three wheeled vehicle.
Friends,
Many of you have already seen my past video in which I converted a kymco scooter into an enclosed motorcycle,
I have read many comments in which you shared your opinion, thanks a lot for that friends!
Many subscribers asked to add another wheel for greater stability when driving, and there were also many suggestions to do something with ventilation, of course, they did not forget the wipers.
So in this video I will share with you how I continued to modify a conventional scooter into a three-wheeled vehicle.
If you haven't seen my first video in which I converted a scooter into an enclosed motorcycle, then I advise you to watch it too: • Making of futuristic m...
Now I am really sure that I have become one step closer to realizing my old dream, to make a motorcycle in which it will be comfortable to ride in any weather.
I used an quad bike as a donor, many thanks to my subscriber who made a big discount when I bought it.
By the way, I'll tell you right away, Yes! I myself was very sorry to disassemble such a cool quad bike for parts, but I assure you, in the near future you will see that I will use the remaining parts of this quad bike in one of the following projects.
I had to slightly alter the suspension to make the wheels a little wider and more stable, and I removed the retractable wheels for stabilization altogether.
I will not go into the whole process, I think the video will tell a lot more than I can write here.
When I parked this threewheled vehicle right in the city center,
many had no idea that this futuristic motorcycle was made in a garage, and not a factory one,
Taking this opportunity, I want to thank everyone who supports me and motivates me to do new things !!
Until next time friends!
Sincerely
Meanwhile in the garage

Given that this all adds alot of weight the MPG is going to go down quite a bit so he would need to add a bigger fuel tank as the tank on the kymco agility city 125 that he built this around only has something like a 4.5 liter tank.

My favorite part of this is how you show that when one thing doesn’t work, you try something different to make it work. Most build channels I’ve seen most likely edit this parts out but the way you kept those clips of you changing out or redesigning a certain component shows the true nature of engineering and experiments, trial and error

Was really cool. Personally, I dont consider the cost for the fenders on the shelf outrageous, mainly because of the cost of doing business today. Think of all of the steps that take place before something is setting on the shelf available for us to simply walk in and purchase. Design, product sourcing, manufacturing, packaging, shipping, receiving, stocking at warehouse, shelving at store, general overhead for a retail space, insurance, staffing, and finally profit. This is a generalized quick rundown, but its just a reminder of how many things must take place, and how many people earn a living for each of those steps. Im amazed sometimes how much stuff we all have readily accessible to us. 😀

ELIO Motors was my first thought. Sadly they never gained traction. An idea a little to early, suppose so. As times change and the real economy is tanking, may be the concept of lighter, incredible gas mileage, back to basics, do-it-yourself repairs and maintenance and a low sticker and made in the good ole US of A has another chance. Anyway, do have some memories of ELIO Motors, someone I knew did their marketing. Jobs in Louisiana and American parts from other car makers bins, there was something about it.

excellent, it is a securely accomplished machine. Now you need a reverse gear (electric perhaps) a wider drive wheel certainly for tires like the front and therefore a slightly more powerful motor because it's all starting to be heavy. But the model is beautiful, rather successful, two round headlights with shell base on the front mudguards would be smart

Prototype? It is just a scooter with a front mod that are made from a ATV? The cabin is really nice craftsmanship. But really there is no economy in making this since buying just the scooter is cheaper. And if you want a roof on your head then why not a SUV or a normal car? Electric if you want social cred. Really there is no space for this since SUV's are a thing. Phone and drive are a thing.. If there was any government that cared, THIS is what should roam around on the roads. Together with electric bikes and walking on foot people. But for that to happen so much of society have to change. And the ones in power do not want to in convince themselves by having there bents or BMW's or whatever go away. Imagen big cities going from cars to electric driven non safe to crash vehicles. And then have people learn to drive or get thrown in jail if not driving safely. But so much need to change for that to work. And war, war never changes.

  • @Vault57

@@TheDiner50 Most inventors do use preexisting machines and off the shelf items to build their prototypes. They only need to confirm proof of concept. Then they can begin the process of refinement. Reducing part counts, determining sourceable parts from suppliers, establish jigs and fixtures needed for manufacturing the parts they produce themselves. Yes, it's nice to commute to work in a dry environment, i.e. a roof over one's head. That's why this is preferable to a scooter. Buying a SUV negates the potential cost savings of electric, plus the space required to park larger vehicles in space hostile urban environments. Electric is not just about going green for the reduction of fossil fuels and carbon footprints, etc. Again, in urban environments it is the potential to reduce the ever present noise of hundreds of thousands petroleum-based vehicles in constant motion. His vehicle is one of many that are on engineering "drawing boards" around the world. He built something with potential. Wouldn't you like to see him succeed if he desires to do so? A roomier cab would have been nice, but you built it for a scooter initially, so I understand. Great build! I live in Canada, so I would like to build something like that with a snowmobile double cab, skis up front and a track in the rear sit on the motor

  • @mikeanderson2730
    @mikeanderson27309 ай бұрын

Really cool motorbike, love the high quality look and the cover from rain and wind. With the big glass sides the small cabin doesn´t feel tight, and with the proper ventilation it should be perfect to ride in. You should swich side on the frontwheels, they are on the wrong side. (arrow tread should always point down in the middle to get rid ov excess water, to prevent watersliding.)

Honestly, with some airbags a design like this would make a lot of sense for modern locomotion. It takes a lot less space than regular cars making ideal for big metropolis with parking and traffic problems, plus it probably runs much cheaper both to purchase and maintain and I'm also sure it has a good km/L performance. Overall, pretty neat, I much prefer this design over the initial one, although I would still add a bit on an angle on those handles for better ergonomics.
