I came across this 15th century temple complex just down the street from my condo, just a block from the tourist area of Nimman and Maya Mall. Few tourists seem to visit this complex, and they are truly missing out on a fantastic exploration.
In my video, I have included my rough cut video as I visited the site. I made some boneheaded assumptions to be shown incorrect after I came home and did some research. That in itself should be interesting to watch. For me though, the history of the site and that something so old is still standing in this ever-expanding city is interesting. The original king of Lanna is reported to be interned there. We will visit a Buddhist cemetery, various structures from the 1400's, and see how new and old is respecting one another on this site.
