I have low porosity hair as well/medium porosity put mostly low. Do you have to hydrate your hair everyday and what products, oils you use to rehydrate hair. What is your hydration routine? What's the best shampoo and conditioner for low porosity?

Seriously thank you so much for your videos.. I watched your hair care for wash day and my hair is no longer super tangled and dry as a husk.. I literally just finished relaxing it again about a week prior because it was so extremely tangly and was Seriously contemplating chopping it short to restart.. Im 53 yr puerto rican and my hair is like a “chia pet” if i let it dry naturally & my edges are super see through. Im doing the clove spray with castor oil. Does this get hard like store bought gel?
