Trim like how much? Then which shampoo and conditioner do you use ?
@jk9084

@@gumoshabeclaire2762depending on how your ends look, can be 0.5-1 inch. I use Just Kids detangling shampoo or African black soap, DIY ayurvedic mask and Tresemme conditioner.

If your hair is relative even, and you’re okay to trim your hair yourself, the trick is once you’ve applied your conditioner or hair mask and the ends still feel dry then you need a trim. But maybe just a little dusting of your ends once a month depending on how you wear your hair. 😊 and of course if you see some single strand knots you can get rid of those too!
Not only do you have beautiful, healthy hair, but you have amazing skin too!🤗 ❤

The ends of our hair is what prevents so many of us BW from reaching long lengths. Took me YEARS to figure this out. Now I am almost bra strap length. And get 6 mths trim. Natrural, but the shrinkage, my goodness, I feel like my hair ain’t growing. My curls spring up and people Keel telling me I cut my hair.

You have such a beautiful mane! I am also 4c however my strands are sparse and quite thin. I was able to grow my natural hair to about 13 inches by low manipulation, finger detangling using a comb only to part my hair. Suddenly I was experiencing hair loss from which I have not been able to recover from. I have buzzed my hair about 4 times in hopes that it will jump start my growth. I am taking Nutrafol, eating healthier, increased my water intake and lost weight. Your videos inspire me. Thank you ❤
I of course love your hair, but I also find your speaking voice to be really soothing! Beautiful and inspiring hair.

@@ByJoieMy hair was the worst during My first pregnancy. It all started going grey and it was shedding then falling out. I finally shaved all of it about 3 times around the time My then Baby Girl was about a yr old bcuz the texture after the first two shaves was horrific but I liked the 3rd batch best so I kept it and that's what I've been working with for the last 14 yrs. I think I've been accidentally cutting away all of My growth with too regularly timed trims😢 My hair isn't nearly as long and full as Yours.

@summersday7894 Man, at exactly 5 months after having my son, my hair came out in clumps as well, and my hair didn't even grow that much during the pregnancy. I lost all my edges, and the edges on one side never grew back in as full..Smh
Great video! I am happy your hair has recovered from post partum shedding. Thank you for sharing your tips and your journey. All the best! ❤❤😊😊🙏🏾🙏🏾
Very imformative and inspirational video. Nice and transparent. I've tried to go natural more than once, but I normally have very dry 4c hair. I recently relaxed my hair after being natural for more than a year. I hope one day soon I can go back to being natural for life but, I'm still not sure at this time in my life that I'm truly dedicated to staying on a natural hair journey. I would love to grow long natural hair. I used to have long natural hair when I was a little girl. So that lets me know that I can do it. I just feel like it's only now that my hair is starting to retain length, after years of being stuck at the same length. This is despite being currently relaxed. Thank you for sharing your journey. Your hair looks long and healthy, like it's thriving. 👍🏽💕
