I began using lityleextra reactivate serum for hair growth which has rosemary as my hair was rapidly falling out due to stress and other factors. I had been simply looking for anything at all to try, so this was suggested, so I went for it. In a few days, I myself saw significantly less hair loss when I comb my hair. I also observed where I started getting patches of loss, there had been new growth. It did irritate my skin a bit right near the forehead hairline, therefore I apply a band to keep it from running down whilst also maintaining the head tilted back during application. The irritation disappeared and did not returned, so if your skin is sensitive or only to be careful, I suggest a hairband to avoid it from running down to your skin. In general, I'm so satisfied with this serum and can carry on to use.

I like making a tea with the seeds and drink it every morning. Sometimes I blend the seeds up with aloe juice and use it as a prepoo, the slip is unreal. I have also eaten the seeds or sprouted them and use the sprouted seeds on sandwiches/wraps and what not.

To all my menopausal, hypothyroid and hyperthyroid. Once you get your hormones or thyroid in check. Fenugreek,Clove and Flaxseed: will thicken your hair again. I have no thyroid due to Medullary Thyroid Cancer and I ton of hair due to menopause. After I got my hormones and the right medication for my thyroid, I focused on thickening my hair. This is a great tip I just shave all my hair off.. but I take fenugreek tea and pills

I use fenugreek n every DIY I make, and that's alotta stuff lol. I use powder and seeds, depending on what I'm making. I just finished putting box braids in my hair, and I noticed how much thicker my hair was after I blow dryed it this morning! I haven't done it since last year around this time so I hadn't seen it straight for a long while. I do curly cuts, so I don't straighten it much. I know it's really thick when it's curly, but I was shocked that it took so much longer to get through it this time because of how much thicker it's gotten. I can't say it helps prevent gray hair because I see new ones daily, lol. But it's definitely helped to strengthen my roots and prevent hair fall.

@@SimplyShell417 lol, but for real, I saw more gray hair doing these braids this time than ever! My sister helped me with the parts and she said it I have a big patch of gray hair on the right side of my head closer to the crown section but far enough back that I wouldn't see it when doing my hair. I was shook. 1st because it's a whole community of gray hair in my head (according to her they have their own city, complete with a mayor, police and fire chiefs) but its also in the exact same spot our mom's gray patch was on her head (she has alopecia all over her body so her hair's totally gone now). But they're nice and thick, shiny and bright white. I hate dull gray hair. It looks dirty all the time to me.

You can put an all natural preservative in it like germall plus. So it won't go bad. It'll last way longer. I just did a 20 oz. Bottle. I'll see how long it lasts. 😊

I personally like clove

fenugreek did help my hair grow it also helped my acne,fixed my heavy menstrual flow but i had to stop drinking it it made my boobs way to big i liked my 32 C breast but now im a 38DD its been a year since i stopped drinking it and they are stiil big so this is permenate.

So if it goes bad in 5 days, then that would mean if used as a leave-in...you should not go longer than 5 days with it on your hair...

I've used fenugreek oil, but never in any of these methods. I just poured a little bit into my mist bottle and sprayed it onto my new locs (5 days now😊). My scalp was already itching, but the fenugreek made it go away. I'm also using it for hair growth.This stuff is magic.🪄

So this is related but I boiled my fenugreek seeds with my flaxseeds to make the gel and it’s awesome so I’d say you can use it with the gel but I’d say you can add them to the gel recipe

I started drinking fenugreek water and make deep conditioner with the seeds,it leaves my scalp itchy, maybe because I have dandruff or something. So next time I will apply on my hair shaft only or do your tips by adding it to shampoo or conditioner, because I have coarse hair and single knots and I heard co washing can help or reverse my wash day by conditioner first then shampoo, what do you think 🤔?

@imParisthoee yes I soak 1 teaspoon with 2cup hot water overnight night then drink one cup in the morning refrigerator the remaining, and about the seed,I add hot water again to infused for the second time,and drink the water then blend the seed for deep conditioner with oil. Hope it help

I also used it as a deep conditioner and the residue as a body scrub a year ago. My body was terribly itching untill i rinsed it all out of my hair and body. Currently, used it to make hair tea and hair oil with no itching. I hope that helps.
