I love this gel. I only use a little amount with my leave in conditioner or daily moisturizing lotion for moisture and easy combing. I am not going for curl definition or curl elongation. I just apply to damp hair and comb my afro for all day softness. If it feels dry during the day, just sprint with a little water.

Have u tried Curl Boss by Aunt Jackie’s? That’s my favorite although I haven’t tried the Grapeseed line yet.

Love this! I think your hair texture is the same as mine (whatever that is, I don't really know anything about the typing system) but a bit longer. I'm giving this a try today :)
