    but in the video the fat on her body doesn't jiggle at all while she walks its just an oldtimy fat suit that's solid and pretty big bit u can see how the trousers the person must be wearing fold slightly as they pull their leg up to walk cause they have to go from the extra body size down to the feet size. like i think u might even be able to see the bit where the back of the body ends and the trousers start??? tendons

    That's the thing. Every person imaginable has examined the footage and kinesiologists have said that the stride is longer than even a tall human could achieve and many many have pointed out you can see the different muscle groups moving under the fur and that just was not at all possible like in the footage until like 20 or 30 years ago with practical effects. So, there is no "zipper" or way for a person to get in the "suit", the costume itself would have to be made from the absolute best that hollywood had to offer at the time and even then might not have been possible yet it was filmed by two random guys with no connection to hollywood, you can see the muscles of the thing moving beneath the fur, the person wearing the suit would have to be like 8 feet tall and then wearing like extensions on his hands and feet.

    What really does it for me is _the costume._ You can look up what people in the sixties thought were convincing gorilla suits. This was two years before the first Planet of the Apes movie. How did a couple of hoaxers with no budget make the most convincing Bigfoot of all time, when movie studios and theme parks and costume shops had rather naive ideas about what gorillas looked like? Just compare this to anything featuring a guy in a suit from the time. *This video is fantastic.*

    Well to be fair, you see this costume from 30 meters away, from single angle, for about 5 seconds. Usual monster movie would have same suit from all distances- close ups, upper body, entire body, they would usually have many angles- front, side, back, they would be on screen sometimes for tens of minutes as they are main marketing draw. For me there is one evidence i have noticed first time now. There is loose skin on top of bigfoots hand, this makes sense in case its suit, you can do one experiment, take some sweatshirt you have at home, grab one end of the sleeve while you have it on and bend your hand, you will get similar effect of fabric getting thinner at top because of tension, as you can see in the video. Something that would not be possible due to gravity if it was real skin, even if the bigfoot recently lost incredible amount of weight to warrant so much loose skin, the skin itself would still be under the muscle due to gravity, not above it.

    My issue with Patty is not the film she's cought on. It's that she's a bigfoot. The entire idea of a mammal that is supposedly 8+ foot, actively hunting, social, bipedal mammal. So successful that it supposedly has spiecies that live in almost every continent, AND have a body plan so successful that it stays relitivly unchanged across these various spiecies would exist with no bodies, fossil record, nothing. Not to mention the fact that they are bipeds. Humans evolved into bipeds due to a very unique and specialized lifestyle (persuit hunting) something that may work, but I feel isn't really discussed as much as it 'ought to be. I used to believe in big foot full stop up until maybe... Late middle school.... Regardless, as my understanding of the natural world increased my belief in big foot, atleast as packaged, decreased. That said my knowledge is far from perfect, so if anyone else wants to add to or tackle this list of but why/how questions about bigfoots.... Bigfeet..... Being real and a part of the current ecosystems world wide that bigfeet and the Yeti/Yowi and what not that people seem to like to lump in as other bigfoot spiecies, atleast in my (admitibaly limited) reaserch then please respond. Also the issue of remains that the animal would leave. Not just bodies that have never showed up, but droppings and carcasses from animals they kill would turn up too and yet we never find these things. And on the issues of bodies, I find it incredibly hard to believe that we would never discover any dead bodies of these creatures. Despite being extremely social creatures, apes will lose young to predators, that is just a fact. Even humans will fall prey to predators in the middle of the woods as shown by the remains of animal attacks that people will occasionally find. But we're supposed to believe that a sasquatch never loses a baby to a bear, wolf, or even just common diseases? I've seen people say they bury their dead, but again bears and wolves have an amazing sense of smell and will absolutely dig something up to scavenge. Sasquatch is a neat idea, but I feel there would have been far more solid evidence for their existence.

    We don't even have a full fossil record of human evolution, there are were large apes like the Gigantopithecus. We got hoaxes on human evolution to maintain the sub-Saharan origin hypothesis, which keeps getting constantly debunking with every new finding. The thing that makes no sense is why there are no carcasses found, unless they are literally going extinct and have a lifestyle of absolute secrecy it may explain why they are so hard to spot and near impossible to find remains. We keep finding new animals yearly so who knows maybe one day someone would find a corpse or kill one. Then you have to get your tinfoil hat to think that maybe just maybe the governments do not want people to rework the current continuity of what humans are and how evolution happended. Is why despite lots of evidence aquatic ape evolution is neither debunked nor accepted.

It doesn't move like a human pretending to be a bi-pedal animal, I wouldn't completely write it off as just some guy in a suit either. @@Adamant_Adam actually while Bigfoot makes a good statement I agree with Itshep. that it seems so unlikely for such a large creature to avoid discovery. Especially living on land! We are land creatures ourself we can go anywhere bigfoot can. So yes it would be weird for such a creature to exist expecially in this day and age where all have mobile phones at hand that can take high quality imagry and video footage! But if there was one before. And perhaps multiple they might have just gone extinct And what we see there might be one of the last once in existance. And over time might have already perished. For me the biggest believable otherworldy thing. Is the Lognes monster Aquatic non mamal creatures tend to have quite a bit longer lifespans then Mamals Expecially repitlian (look at turtles for example) On top of that the way the Logness lake is, which has very large underwater caves and inhams For such a monster to exist and hide it self from scans Is very very very plausible. It might have even found refilling airpockets in those caves and be able to stay away from sighed for such long extended periods of time. There is also more then enough sustanance in that lake for such a creature too. The lake itself is already very intersting to research on its own without the Lognes Cause its a one of a kind, But yeah i feel like that has a very high rate to be plausible

    I can't speak to the validity of the video, but as a life long hunter that has traveled all over the western side of the USA to hunt elk, I can say that there really is not great evidence for bigfoot in the present day. 1. *Trail* *cams* , parks & wildlife has been installing trail cams in all national parks since the 90's to keep track of wildlife, prevent poaching, and general scientific research about animals and their behaviors. There has never been a single recording of *bigfoot* on one of these camera's. 2. Lack of bones or remains of any kind, people who don't spend a lot of time outdoors in the woods don't realize all the things animals leave behind proving their presence/existence; Deer & Elk shed their antlers every winter, some bears leave "marking" on the tree's in the bark to have their scent be noticed to claim territory, beavers build entire damn's in rivers... my point is is that there would be some kind of remains of from this *Bigfoot* creature if it were real. In closing, maybe back in the 1960s, there did exist some type of bi-pedal creature in the woods, and that maybe the footage they captured was genuine. But it's highly unlikely due to the evidence I have laid out, and this was probably just the origin story of the *Furry* community and that tough cowboy man didn't know how to tell people they were gay guys wearing gorilla suits in the woods f*cking each other, by 2020 standards that is pretty tame, love is love. On another note you guys should look up the sasquatch that plays the saxophone on youtube, he's great.

    Yep, exactly. It's the same case with many paranormal things out there. Real things tend to leave tons of evidence for their existence, not just occasional film here and there. I'm not saying that there aren't any undiscovered animals out there but an animal this big living in the vicinity of humans for that long is bound to leave more traces than a few videos on handheld cameras and footprints in the mud.

    C R but not every Bigfoot would be able to be buried by other bigfoots. If one of them died while off alone or was taken by a predator, the other bigfoots wouldn’t be able to get to the corpse to bury it, so we should still be able to find the occasional corpse if Bigfoot was real. Also, we would definitely be able to distinguish non human bones from human ones, even if they are the same height.

    The biggest issue when it comes to debunking this footage is that Bigfoot looks like any other primate that would stand up right. Because of primate anatomy and physiology any other ape that secondarily evolved bipedal locomotion who have superficially similar anatomy due to the constants of walking upright. It’s this similarity that would cause are biggest issue (if Bigfoot is real) because humans naturally sees humans in very non human things but also react negatively to things that are almost human but not quite right. No matter how much you believe in Bigfoot or not you’re going to see a guy in a suit because that’s the only explanation your brain knows to explain this not right person.

    yeah, I've been a long time hopeful skeptic when it comes to Sasquatch. I used to watch Finding Bigfoot and all that shit because I found it interesting. The main thing that always annoyed me were the footprints. Why are all the Sasquatch footprints the exact same as a Human footprint that has been molded by shoes? If you look at humans who don't wear shoes' feet, the toes are splayed out and not pushed inwards. The toes sorta end up looking like stubby fingers. This is the exact same with other Great Apes. So why in all these Sasquatch footprints does it look like the Sasquatch has been wearing Jordans their whole life.

  • @ethanmurray5001

    this one's actually interesting. remember how Bigfoot (this one anyway) walks by just kinda dropping their foot down. Well, human toes splay like that because we lean into our steps, the sasquatch with its more marching gait wouldn't force their toes apart while walking as we do.

    @Master_Yoda1990

    3 жыл бұрын

    Katilyn Whitson your not getting what I’m saying. I know all what you’re saying, but the ball of our feet are not the only thing that sprawls our toes, it’s the pressure on our feet also contributes to that fact. Ok, so if something wasn’t using the ball of it foot, then the spread wouldn’t be as great, but there still is toe splaying. If we are the only ones to use our lateral arch, aka the ball, then why do other species have splayed toes when they walk as well? From canines to apes. The toe splay just isn’t to the extent of human feet.

    Here's my theory: Bigfoot is actually the world's first furry. After being caught on camera and starting a big conspiracy, the man behind the suit is too ashamed to come out.

  • @ixo666
    @ixo6663 жыл бұрын

    About the fur: To me, it clearly looks like fake fur. The way it reflects light and how it's falling makes me believe that. As I am actively trying not to buy real fur I looked into ways to distinguish fake from real fur, as even clothing that claimes to be fake not too seldom is real fur. Fake fur, as it's often some kind of poly- material, so basically plastic, often reflects light different than real fur. Compare with ape fur etc, it clearly reflects light differently, maybe even looks more dull than the Bigfoot fur. Especially fake fur from the earlier days does that, today it is much more intricate. Also it looks very flat and packed, though it looks very furry - usually there would be patches of fur behaving somewhat individually... Also, I do think the suit does look similar to the footage, especially if you look at the face imho. But of course, the furcolors does look different.

  • @fuknrowdy

    @fuknrowdy

    Only thing I will say regarding this, is that faux fur for costumes and such used very different materials than they do today, and everything I saw in the 80s was very matte and not shiny at all, and thats including older costumes. The exception to that was this weird really wispy faux fur that had weird shiny sections on each strand but there's zero possibility it was that stuff being used in the video, it would be super obvious. Not saying it couldn't be faux fur, just that the faux fur you know today is incredibly different and of a much higher quality than the older stuff, so thats not a fair comparison.

    There are logical explanations. Fanciful, under-evidenced explanations. But logical ones. - Assume aliens exist. - Assume aliens are here. (Why wouldn't they be?) - If aliens are here, whatever they are doing apparently avoids full, clear, unambiguous detection by mainstream human science and mainstream public consciousness. - Assume that the aliens who are here have any reason ever to create dramatic, highly emotional, sometimes supernatural experiences for any humans at any time. (You can brainstorm lots of reasons why they might do this... Maybe it's part of how they study us and the way we operate and communicate. Or maybe they have motives beyond our understanding.) - One way to create a dramatic, highly emotional experience for a human is to reveal in the flesh in broad daylight the existence of a giant, powerful, wild, terrifying beast-version of themselves that lives in powerful harmony with nature -- or to reveal a highly realistic apparition of such a being. - But any such revelation must remain unverifiable to mainstream human science and mainstream public consciousness, as is standard alien protocol, for whatever reason. (One can think of many reasons for this, including that alien civilizations may simply wish to remain undetected by other powerful alien civilizations by leaving no clear trace of their presence.) - The end result: the Bigfoot phenomenon. And ghosts, and demons, and other cryptids, and goofy human-like aliens, and all manner of bizarre supernatural experiences. None verifiable. Many thought-provoking. Science will never detect an impossibly advantaged entity that does not want to be detected, which intentionally and intelligently evades detection. ...Or, you know, it's all just a bunch of people making stuff up or misperceiving reality. A less-common version of common human behavior. (In many cases there seems to have been an intelligent effort to keep story features consistent with other stories, even strange unexplainable elements. But that's doable. Maybe there's just a special type of liar in the world that aspires to do this and can become good at it.) Science is really the only way to know the otherwise unknowable. But if my above explanation happens to be at all correct, science isn't going to work. Not human science. We won't know until "They" want us to. It's just the way it is. But that doesn't mean we should stop trying to know, trying to deal with this type of problem as best we can..

    This is what i love about the Armored Skeptic over other skeptics i've seen. Too often i see "skeptics" voraciously try to debunk something as soon as they see it, making assumptions or excuses. Often you'll hear them say "well they probably..." or "obviously they..." and then give an example of how it COULD be faked. They come to the conclusion that because it *could* be faked, then that means it *was* faked. Biased, assumption based, and unconfirmed explanations. The very thing we scrutinize 'believers' for. It is this very behaviour that i find often makes me skeptical of the skeptics. It makes me feel as though they have some pre-existing biases and that they simply don't WANT to believe, and so they won't even when they might be wrong.

    Hoaxes and mistakes are far more common than a cryptid, so it makes sense to take that default position until some good evidence comes along. We should have absolute mountains of evidence and if it was real by now. We don’t. That is pretty close to confirmation that it is not real.

    Greatest piece of evidence? Battle of Los angeles in WW2 is a pretty good one for aliens. It is one of the battles of WW2 on/around American soil. It was the second most damaging battle of WW2 on/around American soil only second to peril harbor. All of the damage was collateral damage to the city from our own bullets and bombs often shells reflected off the target toward the city. There are a number of pictures and videos of the battle. After hours of gun fire from antiaircraft emplacements, the mobilization of most of the California federal and state airforce, and a number of ground troops including a few tanks, they couldn't down even one of the unidentified crafts which eventually left on their own. The next day and 600,000 USD in collateral damage to the city later, it was announced to be 2 weather balloons. Weather balloons that were launched earlier that day but already landed based on radar records. Mind you $600,000 back then was equal to a few million today. I could be wrong but I doubt 2 weather balloons could have made sport of all American armed forces for hours on end, over their own city without being downed. Let alone 2 weather balloons that already landed hours prior.

  • @andrejstolica7337

    @andrejstolica7337

    The current explanation was a rogue Japanese bomber squadron or lost reconissance aircraft. Don't forget this was in the 40s and anti-air armaments could not very be effective above 3-4km in the weather conditions of that evening, it was a moonless night with heavy cloud cover. But to be honest even that stretches it too far, the weather balloon theory holds up very well if you read the following statement: When documenting the incident in 1949, the United States Coast Artillery Association identified a meteorological balloon sent aloft at 1:00 a.m. as having "started all the shooting" and concluded that "once the firing started, imagination created all kinds of targets in the sky and everyone joined in".[5] In 1983, the U.S. Office of Air Force History attributed the event to a case of "war nerves" triggered by a lost weather balloon and exacerbated by stray flares and shell bursts from adjoining batteries So overall I'd say it's fun to entertain the possibility of aliens flying around LA I'd say the simplest explanation is the correct one for this case

  • @darkpoechi

    @darkpoechi

    3 жыл бұрын

    @@andrejstolica7337 No, that was the immediate explanation when they scrambled nearly every military force in the state for hours on end. They retraced that in place of 2 weather balloons after the fact. Namely, the next day after the entire city saw the battle and when people aptly pointed out that they didn't look like planes and there were only 2 in number, and they never shot back even once. Also, they didn't seem to be doing evasive maneuvers much. Also sure in the 40's anti aircraft guns were not great. However, over 100 emplacements of ground based antiaircraft guns, several squadrons of our fighters, and at least one tank all shooting at just 2 craft. Even after hours we couldn't down even one of them? Seems like a stretch, especially since they changed the explanation from Japanese bombers, to weather balloons a day later. The retraction was after complaints about the damage done flooded in. Mainly as most of the city saw the battle and people on mass pointed out that they were clearly not fighters.

  • @andrejstolica7337

    @andrejstolica7337

    @@darkpoechi that's all fine and dandy but 100 most likely 28mm Chicago typewriters and 76mm AA guns (maybe a 40mm Bofors here and there considering this is the early war) emplacements over a huge city is nowhere near enough to do large scale AA defense during a cloud cover night but that's beside the point. Overall the event was bizzare but far too ordinary to be chalked up to "aliens". To me the most likely explanation is simple panic and confusion over an uncertain sighting. I 100% believe extraterrestrials exist, but until I have indisputable proof that there are aliens near Earth or have visited I'm not so quick to just give credit to aliens. So many explainable events are instantly chalked up to "aliens" because it's more exciting than the: Military screwed up and effectively bombed their own city causing mass destruction and panic explanation. By far the most believable UFO encounter has been recently disclosed by the Pentagon. If you want to know more about it go look up LEMMiNO he has a really good video on the topic.

  • @darkpoechi

    @darkpoechi

    3 жыл бұрын

    @@andrejstolica7337 You are right that the roughly 100 AA emplacements and 1 or 2 random tanks would be scattered and not ideal under cloud cover for an AA defence. Mainly as this did last hours and was a moving battle, but accounting for the few fighter squadrons, and the fact that there was not even a single return shot. It would be very unlikely for not one shot to land in a meaningful way. More so because it was only 2 crafts and the people noted the distinctive lack of consistent evasive maneuvers. More like just flying around over the city without really trying to dodge. The moving around might have made a clean hit hard by default however. This being said, the fact neither was downed after hours of fighting. Also, The story changed from Japanese bombers to weather balloons after people noted that they were not very plan like. It might not have been aliens. However, it is beyond the point of just suspicious. It was very clear something didn't match up. It might have been aliens, it might not. However, it was clearly one of many many very suspicious events of this type. This one was also one of a decent number that were quite well documented. Such events that don't out right mean aliens but, that might potentially point to either aliens or something else more advanced than us, in our skys for a while now. And by "might" I do mean "might", maybe is never a garentee. However, one is an outlier, many is a pattern, as they say. I simply am pointing out that this is proof of something very suspicious going on in the skys as far back as the 40's. The fact is that there has been alot of different incidents like this over time. Some like this, are better documented than others. I can't say for sure the suspicious things that happen in our skys, more than most would like to admit, are actually aliens. I just think it is, a not that low possibility. Are all of such incidents aliens? A absoultly not! But some? I do think it is very likely. This being said, I was quite alot less sure until September 2019. What actually solidifies my thoughts it may be aliens, is not so much the encounter/encounters themselves. Instead it is actually the fact, in September 2019, 1/5th of all world government's openly admitted we have been encountering "Advanced unauthorized craft, that are non-terestial in origin." For atleast 20 years now. This is not "Aliens confirmed" but it is damn near as close as we will likely ever get, unless there is some kind of invasion. I may have drawn dots that don't exist between that announcement/declassification and "the battle for Los angeles." The fact does stand however, that "the battle for Los angels" was beyond suspicious and very well documented. That being said, I don't feel like "battle" is the right word. Mostly because only one side was shooting, and all the damage was done by collateral damage from our own wepons. I feel that the right word might be "military incompetence" maybe. Clearly, alot of people back then felt the same, based upon the complaints that lead to the change in official story.
