    Yeah you build up pretty quick. Two cents, I think it's more comfortable if you flip it around and do the curls backwards. Just back up to a preacher so you have somewhere easy to set it... If you try it

    yeah, imo all you rlly need for upper body is pullups and OHP/Handstand pushups and then some isolation work at the end (such as forearm movements, bicep curls, etc...)

    Not all the muscles in the forearm are for gripping, so you need grip and also wrist flexion and extension training.

    I would recommend to swap out the first exercise with a wrist curl on a bench for those who care about Hypertrophy. With the shown exercise you miss half of the range of motion which is also a lot more important while also having the most tension in the contraction. I even put plates under one side of the bench so I get an even better stretch. Your wrists should be as extended as they can be with your fingers just flexed a tiny bit so you can hold the weight. Then curl all the way to the most flexed position

    They are a must if you have some elbow issues. Forearm training has helped reduce the pain and tenderness in my elbows when doing any push or pulling movements. Push it gives thick muscular forearms

    Yo sean i know you have made video about whey protein before talking bout how is it not dangerous long term but can you make another one talking about it in depth citing research papers the good and the bad.
