Want Bigger SHOULDERS? DO THIS!

Спорт

Alright if you wanna grow some massive side delts, here is one of my go to supersets that I’ve been doing on my push days. First we’re gonna start with some cable y-raises, keeping the attachments a couple notches off the floor. This will train your side delt in its shortened position since peak tension is occurring at the end when your delt is contracted or shortened. Try your best to avoid swinging backwards or using excessive momentum, and take these to mechanical failure. Then lift the attachments a few more notches up so that your arms are perpendicular to the cables at the beginning of the move, and immediately perform behind the back lat raises. This will train the side delt in its lengthened position since peak tension is now occurring at the start when your delt is stretched or lengthened. Again, try your best to avoid excessive momentum, and take these to mechanical failure as well. If done correctly, you should only need a couple rounds of this, and lifting your arms up afterwards should be near impossible.
I hope that helps and subscribe for more lifting tips! #Gym #Shorts

Cable y-raises allow peak tension to occur in the shortened position, while behind the back lat raises allow peak tension to occur in the lengthened position. So, pairing them together will absolutely annihilate your side delts 😈 Looking to get protein powder, creatine, or any other supplements? Me too Sahil. I even invited friends over to watch this video. I made pigs in a blanket and made sure the fridge was stocked with chocolate milk. I even bought a few extra plungers for the toilet just in case someone ate so many snacks that they took a big #2 and clogged the toilet. Anyhoo, once my guests arrived I turned on this video and I whipped out the home made t-shirts that I made that had a picture of this guy doing Y raises on it. No one at my party understood why I bought t shirts like that (I’m 75,000 behind on child support) but I knew they would understand as soon as I pressed play! Welp! I hope my next watch party is as awesome!!!! 🎉😮😊

Hey do you have any words on how much weight to lift, I always hear heavy heavy heavy, but everytime I'm in the gym the biggest or best build dudes like you always seem to lift, lower weight, like doing shoulders on dumbells with just 25s or 30s, curls with 35s or 40s, but I always hear oh I'm a skinny guy I gotta be lifting heavy, I'm 6'2 at 197 and pretty lean not abs lean, but I'm small and was curling 135lbs on a bar and a way bigger dude was freaked out by how much I was lifting, is it just because I was small or whats up, I'm tired of being skinny I've been working out for 7 years and have only gained 20lbs across it all
