Quite the contrary, she has demonstrated for the entire world to see that not only can males be victims of DV, but they often are falsely accused as the perpetrator by the actual abuser. Doubly victimized by both their abusive female partner, and the court system. ANY woman can go to a doctor after an abuse incident and document the abuse and the Dr by law has to report the abuse to the authorities which are required by law to arrest the alleged abuser who must spend at least one night in jail and is prohibited from going back to the home until proven innocent. When we've made it THAT easy for female abuse victims, there is literally ZERO need to live in a fantasy world where we must believe all women and if ONE woman is exposed of making false accusations, that somehow harms actual DV victims.

She has not learned her lesson. The Jury verdict was final. She is delusional and a narcissist. What ever movie she is in will go unwatched.

Very sensible analysis, thank you. Also, thank goodness the proceedings were live-streamed so that people could make up their own minds about what was being said - and the way it was delivered - rather than reading a journalist's interpretation. Most people aren't stupid.

A victim of an abuser is normally intimidated by that person and not able to talk back to them. She talked over him, mocked him, taunted him, insulted him with aggression and malice. No bones about it, she was the perpetrator of DV.

Exactly my own experience, too as a victim of 17 +years. She never got a really good beating, she hasn't learned that there are consequences for beating others. A total narcissist. And not a very intelligent one..

Those that say things like they don't feel sorry for either one of them(JD/AH) must not have watched the trial. Anyone hearing Johnny's testimony would have felt compassion and sorrow for him having been an abused victim as a little boy and again during his relationship with AH. And listening to AH's "testimony" would have left them unmoved and frankly disgusted.

what she seems to be forgetting is that there's a lot of things she hasnt explained before people could begin to believe her. the bodycam footage with no damage, lack of swelling on TV 24hrs after her nose gets "broken", the threats to "tell the world and see who believes you", the fact that she has the prior arrest for domestic violence. its simply unreasonable to think you are credible with so much working against your version of events.

At first I couldn’t understand why in this trial an NDA wasn’t a stipulation, then I realized that she completely disregarded the NDA filed as a term of their divorce decree. At this point, has she or has she not breeched the contract they signed outlining the terms of their divorce including the NDA clause? Has that been pointed out before, and why is she immune to legally binding contracts.

This is the kind of reporting that the world needs, a lot of youtubers covered this case and filled their videos with empty phrases or mentioning the same things repeatedly, this was to the point, a laser focused analysis of what is happening with a level of insight that i miss from many other news sources.

No pretentious nonsense, everyone seems honest and what's presented can be considered objective facts or expert opinions. Well done, Sky News Australia, keep up that good work!
