TRIAL UPDATE: As I mentioned in the beginning of this video, I've been in trial for the past week for a bad home invasion case. Today, the Judge granted a motion of a judgement of acquittal (Not Guilty before the case even gets to the jury) ON ALL EIGHT COUNTS! The indescribable feeling of being able to give my client her life back when she was just facing a prison sentence of over 105 months, is why I love what I do and will continue to advocate for as long as I possibly can!

Not to mention it’s physically impossible that something like that happens and you don’t require medical attention. It takes VERY LITTLE to tear vaginal tissue. A bottle that you say was probably broken does irreparable damage. That’s not an opinion. This has nothing to do with that fact that hell yes, most sexual assault survivors will never seek medical attention. It has to do with the fact that she would not be alive if she were raped in that manner without seeking extensive medical attention.

She doesn't represent women or victims, she represents the worst of humans. Talking about unfair, while Johnny started and built from humble beginnings, she wanted stuff just by being linked to him. Instead of blaming the world who are trolling her with her own presented fake evidences, she should look in the mirror .she is the most hated woman on earth. Still has no shame.

One thing that's rarely brought up was when Camille asked her in the cross examination, "You weren't afraid of him at all, were you, Ms. Heard?" and her automatic response was, "Why should I be?" That was probably the most honest thing she said in the trial -- because no real victim would not be scared of her abuser. Nor would they chase after her "abuser" and pick fights.

I'm a domestic abuse survivor. My ex held a loaded shotgun to my head for nearly an hour before he finally passed out. The worst part was his finger inside the trigger guard as he was nodding off. I left everything I owned that night with only the clothes on my back and immediately filled charges and TRO. That was OVER 30 YEARS ago. I never felt truly safe until he passed away 12 years ago. I would've NEVER bought him a huge ass knife, crapped on his side of the bed, and instigated him at every turn! I would've NEVER threatened him. Abuse victims try to make themselves as small and unnoticeable as possible to their abuser. You simply try to hide....everything Johnny Depp did. I will NEVER believe Amber Heard was abused in that relationship.

I'm not trying to stick up for Heard because I do believe that she is a miserable liar, but sexual assault victims often say that the trial was worse than the assault. John McCain also said that congressional hearings he had to testify in were worse than his years as a POW. That's not proof that she's lying to me. Coming back months later to rewatch this. One of the biggest things outside of the actual evidence presented that shows she was lying is the fact that she NEVER went to a doctor after her face had supposedly been injured; not just once, but for years. Her face/beauty is her livelihood. Even if it wasn’t her livelihood, being an actress, as a “pretty” woman, you can’t tell me she wasn’t worried about an “injury” healing in a weird way causing a disfiguration etc. especially with her nose. She’s had work done on her nose, cheekbones too, so you can’t tell me she wasn’t worried about a punch to the face messing up work she’s had done.

If that had been me I would have been sobbing through the entire interview and feeling like the system SOOOOO betrayed me.I wouldnt have speculated about the jury or witnesses or social media etc; I just would have been fixated on how I could lose when Id been abused for years. But Amber can't do that because she doesnt know what it feels like to be a victim of abuse so she doesnt know how to act like she has. That's why the acting is so bad...because she doesnt know what it really feels like.

And since she can’t act out sadness like what we saw on the stand, this is the strategy they’ve taken. Fighter/strong. There was an ad she did abt DV she did with Amanda De Cadanet where she said something like that. That she’s strong a survivor etc. Anyway, also remember when she said on the stand why should she be afraid of JD? So crying won’t work here

As someone who was in an abusive relationship with a narcissist for a long number of years. I was fascinated by this trial as I could relate to the whole situation so much. If you want to understand AH and why she did this interview there is something you need to understand that I learned the hard way i.e. something that narc experts don't tend to point out. From my experience narcissists think they are way smarter that everyone else, they will try and tell you that 2+2 = 99 even if they see you have a calculator right in front of you. Trust me, AH left this interview thinking she deserved an Oscar for her performance.

Years later, I see it all so clearly. But at the time I was blaming myself and changing my behavior, even started lying for the last 6 months just to avoid a fight. He found birth control while snooping through my stuff when I was showering, got so angry with me it escalated to physical violence over that. And that’s just one conflict in a sea of never ending fights. I’m beyond grateful that I finally left!

If I can do it without an oath then I am positive the jury could do it too. If I was on that jury I would be FURIOUS that her and her unethical, shit attorney keep saying that I and my fellow jurors apparently had no integrity! People who have experienced severe childhood trauma and developed a character disorder can talk and act like Amber Heard. They do not care about the truth and other people. Therefore, it is very sad to see her disappoint not only other people but also herself time and time again. Anyone who has a mom or dad or a sibling who behaves like Amber Heard knows what I mean. I'm just going to say it, I am an editor. I spend a LOT of time working on fixing and editing audio. I can hear subtle edits to change how things are supposed to sound. The audio used in the trial has to be from one take, so either all of the audio was fake, or NONE OF IT was edited. We would have heard the background noise (that old fashioned static you often hear in recordings) be different if they changed her wording and/or used a voice actress to change what she was saying.

16:45 OMG!! SHE ACTUALLY ADMITS SHE WASN'T IN AN ABUSIVE RELATIONSHIP. Hear me out. Amber says "when you're in an abusive dynamic, psychologically, emotionally and physically you don't have the resources that say you or I do with the luxury of saying 'Hey, this is black and white'. It's anything but, when you're living in it". She literally just put herself in non-abused category!! She said right there that an abuse victim DOESN'T have the resources she has because they are in an abusive place and so do not have the luxury of seeing the situation as black and white and as a non-abuse victim she DOES have those resources/luxury (as does the interviewer). 😲😳😮 Sorry if someone has already pointed this out and I missed their comment - I read through many top comments but didn't see anything mentioned.

Since she’s no longer in an abusive dynamic. It’s funny though because everything she’s saying to defend her own abusive tendencies could easily be flipped to apply to anything she claimed Depp did in her narrative

As a former juror (2x) you're right! We all took our duty seriously. We didn't look at news, social media, anything like that until after the trial was over. Then, it was kind of a let down, because when I looked at the news (again, this was after the trial was over), I knew more than the journalists did....because I heard and saw more evidence, more testimony, more detail.

Even IF the jury saw a glimpse of something indirectly … it wouldn’t change the material facts within the case, and absolutely couldn’t be used to sway other jurors in the deliberations I’m sure. In order for Amber to state the jurors we’re tainted, she would have to prove definitively that (1) they did see something that wasn’t in the trial (2) it was false (3) it was shared with 6 other jurors and (4) that it was used and relied apon within the deliberations. Ambers own witnesses brought in social media evidence … she exposed them to hashtags, and news articles. There was copious recordings admitting guilt, photos of severed fingers, inconsistent stories of pledge/donations, and stories of abuse with zero treatment, photos and records. That was More than enough to find against her.

@@JDAfrica We jurors followed the rules to the letter. We didn't talk about the trial with each other until the trial was over and we were finally in deliberations. I didn't log into social media for the duration of one trial (the other trial happened years ago; I wasn't on social media then). The judge warned us it could be newsworthy and so to steer clear of the news, social media, etc. . My husband and I didn't talk about the case until it was over, per the judge's instructions. What DID I do? I kept up with my job remotely on court recess and lunch breaks, went on runs to cope with horrific evidence we were seeing and hearing about, and watched movies on DVD.

Strategically … it was a brilliant move. Pursue a trial in UK, forcing depositions under oath and evidence to be brought by her… let them show their hand… then use that to destroy her in USA. They forced her entire gang to give their evidence, and then revealed they had the police video footage in this trial.

I watched every minute of this trial.more than once. The short excerpts of tapes were played in court, but the entire tapes were available to the jury to listen to and they did take enough time during deliberation to listen to some if not all of the tapes. That gets overlooked in commentary.

Not the actions of an abused woman who is afraid of the man she has accused of abuse! No victim would poke their abuser like that! Someone please correct me if I’m wrong.

Well I definitely would not say anything out of the way I always walked on eggshells to not provoke and if he started and argument I would do everything to avoid the argument because I knew what would come if it got full blows and I disagreed with anything he said so her whole story just does not fit an abuser in any way but let's stick to the tapes she definitely sounds like the aggressor and he appears to be the victim he did what they tell you to do leave the room if you can try to get as far away from them as you can until things calm down but she would follow him and he would talk to her calmly trying to listen to her trying to calm her down which is another tactic that you use if you don't this going to be a full-blown fight I mean the things I heard on the tapes Heroes acted like somebody that has been through this his whole life and knew how to calm people down but that she was one of the people that will not calm down and the way that she berated him made him feel like he wasn't any good that no one would believe him that's all stuff that abused it does to their victim
