The moment that made me 1000% confident in Depp being innocent was the back and forth with Camille regarding why Amber took pictures of Johnny sleeping and sent them to friends. Camille asked why Amber isn't afraid if Johnny found out she sent the pictures to friends and basically mocking him. She replied "Why would I be?". If you're abused as badly as she claims, you are terrified of making your abuser mad. That was a mic drop moment against her own case to me.

@@rosebrown4546 No one in life is perfect and a saint. Johnny owned up for much of what he did wrong. That alone made him more credible to me than someone who claims they've never done anything wrong in their life. Perfection is unattainable and you might as well admit your wrongs so others can accept who you are and not a false version of yourself. People don't like being lied to. I'd rather be told someone's bad traits up front than needing to discover them myself the hard way. I have more trust in those people who admit their wrongs as they come off as much more self-aware of their issues and shows some sort of self-reflection which usually means they are working on their issues enough to figure them out. Someone who demies any wrongs they've ever done just looks fake and why would someone trust someone who is fake?

For me it was the makeup kit, I’m a professional scenic painter for Broadway with stage makeup experience . Amber had the statement that she canceled out her purple bruises with red canceling make up. She said that she had been doing it for 6 years. *THAT IS IMPOSSIBLE* . The color that is oppisite on the color wheel cancels color, colors that are complimentary *deepen* the color. Purple is opposite *Yellow*, red is oppisite green. And this is not something that you could accidentally not know. This is somthing you see once and you know you did it wrong. *adding red to a purple bruise will DEEPEN THE COLOR* Tl/Dr She’s a fuckin liar.

Also. Elaine feeding in to the “this is a setback” narrative… No. It’s not. It’s a step FORWARD. Because #mentoo can be victims and Amber showed off a major type of female abuse that they perform on Men who are abused. Gaslighting. Shifting definitions “I didn’t punch, I hit you.” Not to mention lying outright. Faking photos via their makeup knowledge and how to keep an eye out for it. This pushed the movement forward and proved a lot. So no. Elaine is wrong. On every count.

Heard is delusional and cannot accept the fact she lost this case to Depp. Her arrogance and pride would not and will not ever allow her to accept the jury's decision. Heard's attorney is advocating for her client. I do not know how far that legally can go as I am not familiar with that aspect of the U.S. legal system. Of course Heard's attorney is not going to admit she had a serial liar for a client and the other side was better at presenting the evidence than this attorney was. When you have a crap client and bad evidence that even your own witnesses do not support you, then you know something is wrong. I was a victim of SA at my first duty station and didn't have a ton of evidence to prove my side. My lawyer gave me the heads up at the beginning, she said "you know there is a chance he'll be found not guilty because we are lacking some evidence but what will happen is that the command will be made aware of everything that gets brought up in this trial. So all the text conversations, all the times where you can prove you guys hung out (he's a married man) his command would be aware of his behavior" I told her I still wanted to go through with it and see what would happen. So I knew going in there was a chance he was going to be found not guilty. At the end of the day I had evidence that contradicted everything he and his witnesses said which made me more credible in the jury's eyes, but I couldn't prove the incident actually happened, I could only prove by text message he remembered that day cuz he knew exactly what we were doing that day, which was extremely suspicious. Our group of friends hung out every Friday for 6 months, I would go over to his house to hang out with him and his wife sometimes throughout each month, so it's literally impossible for him to be able to recall exactly what we did on a specific day when we hung out all the time. The jury spoke with my lawyer after the trial and said that they believed me but since they couldn't prove he actually did anything they had to find him not guilty. They said the most damning evidence that made them believe me was the text messages. So that was enough validation for me and I'm happy to have gone through that entire process because he ended up getting in trouble with his chain of command for more things later down the road because he's a dirtbag. Victims should always be made aware that if there isn't enough evidence he's/she's going to be found not guilty in a criminal case because you have to prove beyond A reasonable doubt for criminal cases.

Elaine could land herself her own defamation, in fact more if she aren't careful (which she wasn't) She actually stop this trainwreck interviews and canceled. I'm thinking here we go, either her Firm that she humiliate called her to STOP or by damaging the Integrity of Judicial System, she was so fireddddddd! 😂👌⚖ Cos as you said it yourself, she insulted not only the Judge, even made accusations on the Jurors that they broke the law by sniffing online (OMFG ELAINE!) Clearly, she no one gave her instructions of what not to say cos she just blurred everything out and now she sound DELUDED. She wasn't censored and unfortunately, none of the TV presenters hinted her she's ridiculous and absurd. Even then, she couldn't see herself being laughed at in the courtroom for being unprofessional and uneducated as a lawyer. She truly need a reality check. Finally, she was pissed about the camera cos she knows NOBODY can escape, no corruption. OWN IT ELAINE, HOPE YOU'RE FIRED! ❤️ AQUAMAAAAN 🗡🏊🏻⚖😂

( Elaine said he was the leader of a JD Twitter campaign as if he was an agent of JD. That was false.) I can’t comprehend how they thought telling the jury that hashtags like AmberTurd and JusticeforJohnny were smart for the jury to hear about. Why Amber lost according to Elaine Bredehof: -It's the judges fault for suppressing evidence and allowing cameras. -It's the jury's fault because there is no way they didn't go on social media -It's Johnny's fault for being famous. -It's Johnny's Lawyer's faults for not understanding how domestic violence works -It's Johnny's witnesses' fault for lying for 15 minutes of fame -It's social medias fault for being blinded by Johnny's stardom -misogyny against female abuse victims -the gallery full of Depp fans -demonization of Amber Things It's not because of 🙄: -Amber getting caught lying multiple times on the stand and then lying to cover the lies, which calls into question everything else -Amber admitting on tape, multiple times and occasions, how she hit him and started physical fights -Amber falsifying photos, staging photos and lying about lighting on alledged pictures of her injuries, and saying identical photos were 2 different ones -Amber submitting photos of the same wine stain for 2 incidents -The fact she outlined some of the worst abuse that any of us, even victims have heard, yet the photos don't show the type of injuries you would reasonably expect to go with the stories -All the witnesses that back up Johnny's version of events INCLUDING THE POLICE -Amber's threats to go public with domestic abuse charges on 5/27 IN WRITING, if she didn't get the penthouses rent and utility free and 50k a month, and her going through with it and calling the press. This included the penthouses of her friends, the only first hand witnesses, who thereby had something to gain. -Amber's miraculous healing and excuse that she was wearing makeup. -Amber's tearless crying -Amber's smirking during times that recordings were played where she was abusing him, reveling in his pain and the audacity to tell the court she wasn't doing that -Her stories changing and new allegations coming out -The fact she said she was all sliced up by glass but didn't submit pictures of scarring. -the fact she documented evidence of property damage, and drug usage but not injuries. (You're right. MOST women don't document but Amber DID document/ record etc) -actual police officers collaborating that there weren't injuries. -Her walking in on Johnny (clearly she wasn't even home), slamming cabinets because his mother died and his employees stole millions, trying to make it about abusing her, smirking for the camera and letting out an I got you laugh, editing the video and releasing it while lying about releasing it when she's the only one who could have. -she went from "I didn't even write the op Ed" to "It's not about Johnny, only Johnny is making it about Johnny", to "I wrote it because he is a powerful man" over the course of the trial, condemning herself by her changing statements and literal admission of guilt. -SHE CUT OFF HIS FINGER -When referring on tape to the incident where she claimed on the stand that he was trying to stop her escaping, she mentions how he was hiding in the bathroom -In tapes she admitted he was the one who wanted to leave when things got physical and that he wasn't a real man for doing that -she told him that nobody would believe him because he is a man, then tried to convince the jury she meant something else. -her exaggerating her PTSD symptoms for testing to the point she scored higher than 98% of sufferers, even COMBAT VETS, yet showing no signs as she recounted everything and rolling her eyes and getting snarky under Camilles pressure during the second cross. -her on tape trying to stop Johnny from going into the house, and her claiming on the stand that he was going in to do drugs, even after it was shown he was just trying to visit with his daughter -Johnny being the voice of reason in most tapes despite her craziness -her demeanor during her deposition -there is no way that dog pooped that big, no matter his stomach issues because it's clearly solid -her refusal to admit any wrong even when cornered with the truth -the lack of meta data, the refusal to turn over actual devices despite court orders, and that photos were run through a photo editor -when she claimed she wouldn't know how to release something to the press (even though we knew she had) and then later bragging if she wanted to release something to the press she would have done a far better job. -her showing up at the hotel, breaking her own order of protection -your team literally talking about what was trending on social media -the condition of his hand during the incident on the stairs, the fact according to Whitney, she was facing Amber, the threat, (she wouldn't have turned her back on the threat), and how would she have been pushed down the stairs if he was behind her, since he hit her on the back and how their story doesn't match, and his witnesses testimony is different. -the photo of her arm after he "punched her in the face repeatedly with rings on" where you can see her face is fine and she only documented the arm. -everyone is lying and committing perjury except her even as she is caught lying and committing perjury. It's her only answer to ALL the witnesses against her. -her history of domestic violence charges -Johnny never admitting abuse on tape and Amber never accusing him, even when talking about the violence in the relationship And much, much more. #JusticeForJohnnyDepp #elainebredehoft #AmberHeardIsALiar

JD's lawyers petitioned several times for third party disclosure and the judge chose to deny that. JD really was denied due process in the UK - And she selectively chose what to hand over what she did disclose. Elaine doesn't need to review her closing. She needs to review her opening statement to the jury. She was embarrassingly inept from the beginning. I would like to know what her grounds for appeal are - you cannot appeal just because you don't like the verdict.

CLR Bruce Rivers hit the nail on the head in saying everyone fails sometimes, as the saying goes you fall off your horse you get right back on and try again. Most people here share the same sentiment, I too felt bad for 'Turds' lawyers for a short period of time however that was only up until Ms Bredehoft decided to speak publicly after the trial in the exact same style 'Turd' spoke in throughout the trial. When a client and lawyers best defence is calling everyone offering evidence that irrefutably proves 'Turd' is not being truthful a liar or prejudice says so much about the types of pathetic people we're dealing with here. 'Turds' team inferring that the jury was even being influenced by "powerful men" and social media or Depps "star power" only diminishes and belittles the time and effort these people took out of their own lives to support a justice system they clearly believe in otherwise they wouldn’t have invested so much of their own time, to have their character assassinated like this just because 'Turds' team lost speaks volumes as to 'Turds' teams lack of character. Ms Bredehoft if you happen across this comment here's some advice, if you still want some type of career after this stop flogging the dead horse ('Turd'), your actions are making things worse for her and yourself, no matter how good you are at your job defending this piece of shit the truth will always be the truth and narcissistic liars like 'Turd' are incapable of telling the truth. Save yourself Ms Bredehoft and walk away from this as fast as you can.

I am a court interpreter, and spent 20 plus years in the courtrooms interpreting full trials, including a few death penalty trials. I've had the chance to discern good from bad lawyers. If I ever had a problem, I would not touch this woman with a 10 foot pole. She is a charlatan, she is not convinced of what she is saying (that comes across very clearly), she does not even sound competent when she examines and cross-examines. Also, I have noticed her alignment with her client in the way they try to wag the dog so they distract us from the issues. These are trumpian tactics at best, and very poorly wielded. If she ever was a good lawyer, her reputation is gone (but I doubt she is a good lawyer from what I've seen, and I have been in trials with incredible lawyers).

U gotta be kidding me lol. Ofc she was bad! Amber did not have enough money or evidence to hire lawyers who were competent and had who integrity! Lawyers who wanna fight for justice, will not fight for Amber Heard. One of the lawyers name was "Rotten Born" U cannot make this up!

It's because people will read one thing and not keep up with it after words. There's STILL idiots who think Kyle Rittenhouse somehow shot black people even though it's been pointed out multiple times that everyone involved was white (and that one was a child pred, another a wife beater, and the other a thief).

I assumed that Amber Heard was the victim and I watched the court proceedings live (as much as I could because Im in Australia- I watched from 9pm -1am, in the last two weeks) and I was STUNNED!!! Her lies, her manipluations and her obvious abusive behaviour has truly made me reexamine my assumptions about female abusers. I find anyone I know who has either not watched the court proceedings and /or got their news from TV has the opinion that AH is innocent. It has truly made my head spin! I think this is a great time for us all to focus on EVIDENCE not gender, and hold pople accountable for their actions. JD is not exactly 'innocent' of his actions but he did own up to them and there is no evidence that he was a perpetrator. I am gald justice prevailed!

In 2018 I thought, “Damn, I really liked that guy. Well, who knows.” That was the believe everyone of SV, DA, etc. Fast forward to 2020, trial in UK. Okay he’s gotta be guilty. 2022, “wait, hold on there’s legit evidence AGAINST her? She cut off his finger? Okay, this is interesting.” Watches rest of trial like it’s a damn soap opera. This bitch is guilty as fuck.

Her client failed to follow a court order to turn over all of her devices and metadata. Umbridge talking about suppressed evidence in laughable. Her asking Johnny's witnesses if they are just grabbing their 15 minutes of fame and then going on the talk show circuit made me roll my eyes so hard that I now have eye strain. And how dare her accuse the judge and jury of shirking their duties. I've never seen a lawyer blame the jury like this. All those women (and men) out there saw Amber for the abuser that she is.

She even tried to find fault with the police officers and even brought in the DV training officer to try and show that they hadn't followed correct procedures, but the DV trainer stated that there would be no follow up or further investigation if there is no evidence of a crime having been committed, so Elaine was scuppered. I thought it was AH that needed help but clearly this woman is also delusional. She fails to realise that the case in the uk was also based on lies and will probably be re-assessed in light of the truths which have come out in this trial.
