Today was the day I thought would be horrible for johnny, where they would show all of their best evidence, but even then the only thing they had was 2 texts where he said a lot of insults and that's it, and even with that i would say they still lost today because of the expert who showed how all of Amber's pictures where edited, Kate moss and the woman who testified she saw amber being violent. I mean if Depp's team can find someone who saw amber being violent 13 years ago, you would think Amber's team would have hundreds of witnesses who saw Johnny beat her, but no they don't have a SINGLE one, even Amber's friends said they never saw Johnny hit her, i think it says a lot

Bringing JD to the stand again seemed too risky and I didn't understand why they would risk their massive lead. But then I realized that AH would HAVE to take the stand too, as she would not be able to let JD have the last word. Her personality wouldn't allow it. So, they effectively bated her into another brutal cross with Queen Camille, which was very effective.

Being the plaintiff, Johnny had to take the stand. The only risk was if he were lying about the basis of his lawsuit. At the end of the day, he has to prove that her claim of DV and SA caused him to lose movie deals and that was due to the OpEd. Everyone knew she was meaning JD and the movie industry, the ACLU and others, believed her

Should and Will are two different things, is the thing. There's two issues: Defamation is a hard case to make(you have to prove she did it, it was false, she knew it was false, AND it damaged your client significantly), and the jury needing to be unanimous. If there's even one holdout, he loses. So it's not that other lawyers think he shouldn't win, it's that there's a non-zero chance he won't because there just is that uncertainty when dealing with jurors.

@@kookietherapy9398 From the day she seduced and had sex with him in his trailer when shooting The Rum Diary, she had found her perfect target for many reasons. How the story rolled out all depending on her victims' reactions and interactions. Unfortunately, JD was the perfect candidate to fit her master evil scheme, no matter his family background, hobbies, habits, and etc. If not, she would change herself to adapt to his liking intentionally, such as fashion style, to create an illusion of a perfect match. She also implied that she had never loved him. JD found out all the brutal and cruel truth about her after the May 21, 2016 staircase incidence and the poop on his side of the bed. According to an audio recording in 2016 before filing divorce, AH admitted (over a lengthy phone converations with JD) that "every step of the way has been planted........" And she said she had all the corlaborating text messages, emails, etc, between her, her family members and friends, to back her story up. So the physical/sexual abuse hoax was a completely master diabolical scheme after she confirmed that he had fallen for her from head to toe. I believe that she always instigated fights or arguments in an attempt of getting punched or hit (hopefully), so that she could blackmail him with photos (bruises, marks, etc) as a victim for financial gain or just like what had happened in this case to destroy him completely. Therefore, I don't consider this case is about "betrayal" at all! I just hope JD wins this case and got the verdict this Friday. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

even then, if she had any credibility and a reputation of telling the truth among her peers, you may not be totally convinced by the lack of physical evidence supporting her claims. Maybe she didn't get any medical checks because she was embarrassed and she wanted to protect johnny? Maybe she was fearful of going to a doctor/hospital and him finding out? Maybe you believe what you see in those pics as actual bruises? Idk there's a few things you as a juror may contemplate rather than the notion that all of what she said was complete BS. BUT for me, why she go on tv stations across america for months telling the world "I DONATED the 7 mil, I don't need his money"?? But in reality, she kept over 90% of the money and had guys like elon musk make donations in her name! 13 months she had that 7 mil. 13 months she had to donate it like she said she already did, but she didn't. And for me, all her credibility is dead with that revelation. Not only is she not trustworthy anymore (assuming she was before), but she is a major scumbag because she literally told the world "I donated millions to Sick Kids hospital" AND SHE DIDN'T!! That's an evil rich person, Mr. Burns from the simpsons type of scumbag move and if I'm a juror that fact will stick with me right down to the final verdict.

He doesn't even once look at A.H., because he doesn't want to and because she is the abuser. Who in their right mind takes pictures and video's of their so called 'loved one' when they're suffering ? Even when you hear recordings of them fighting, he comes across as hurt more than anything and she's perpetuating it. The defining moment for me was Dr Curry diagnosing "Borderline Personality Disorder" with extreme "abandonment issues" and that she'd rather hit him to keep him there than let him walk away. BPD has an incredible list of awful symptoms - it's like a recipe for the worst, scariest human imaginable - and it already includes 'abandonment issues'. It's astounding how perfectly what we saw in AH throughout this trial matches that diagnosis. *I hope JD drops it from $50M to $1 as another channel suggested* - thanks for another great video!

JD took ownership of his shortcomings, no matter how embarrassing or humiliating, In my opinion, JD was absolutely the victim of Domestic Violence at the hand of AH. His income was severely diminished from loss of endorsements, movie characters and future earnings all as a result from being accused of being a wife beater, Domestic Violence isn't something that should be lied about, Just being accused. Of being the abuser has ruined JDs 'life. Praying the jury gives it back to him. Find AH guilty !! Justice for Johnny Depp.

The more she talked, the more likely she was to screw up by saying the wrong thing, or fabricating a new lie. Depp's legal team recognized this and used it to their advantage. I don't think Johnny Depp ever needed to win this court case. He needed to win in the court of public opinion, which he has. I don't like it when the public is so one-sided against a person, and I have a disagreeable streak in me that likes to play devil's advocate, if for no other reason than I detest a whole group picking on an individual... but I got nothing, man.

@@jessigirlrae1688 That's true. I don't really follow much celebrity stuff. The first time any of this registered for me was something about Johnny's finger being cut off, and there being confusion about who was abusing who. So I think I missed the part where everyone thought Johnny Depp was the abuser. I only learned the other day that she was in Aquaman. 😅

Adding a note here, it's just wild how you can actually physically feel when people are telling the truth v lying if you really listen to your gut. Amber giving her testimonies is like being accosted with words and random info, whereas Johnny's just feels truthful, he doesn't need to go up and down and all around to get to a point (granted he is a slow talker, but just the overall energy of the two testimonies is vastly different).
