I agree with you and nothing will be pursued. The report will just be shelved. Such allegations cause people to resign and quit jobs in mature democracies, while in Kenya CSs are allowed to steal and grab houses, Fraud occurs in NHIF and what happens when such filth is exposed? Those responsible are allowed to continue serving and justify their incompetence by sucking managers who perhaps were not even involved and picking fights with media houses.

Jimmy has raised a very genuine concern but the problem is you can't request a thief to investigate a thief. It's like the police investigating the police or a judge judging a magistrate. It has never worked in Kenya and will never work. My thinking is as an east African member, the e.a.c court should be given power to investigate&judge corruption allegations raised against the member governments and the affected member country should withdraw any member judge of their nationality from the case. Let the investigation be done by a foreign e.a.c dpp. If they do not have dpp they should create one to serve this community. This does not mean Kenya won't be a sovereign country but to provide a level ground to matters that a government is being accused or any atrocities committed. A monkey won't get a fair trial when the defendant is a lioness and the judge is a lion.

Wanjigi speaks plain truth and some people who don’t understand what he is saying they are laughing like idiots … this is the problem when smart people are being led by thwart minded individuals Wanjigi is saying the facts and the reality on how things are going but this people they got no understanding why they are seated there.

This money is the money that was being given in Churches 10m every weekend. This issue will go silent after the budget reading. Eyes on the Judiciary, it is the only serious organ that might address this issue. But we also know whose pocket they are in. I don't have high hopes about how it will end.

@@myselectlimited688 he never said where the money went. He clearly said that is the billion dollar question. The money was shared between Uhuru and Ruto during Rotich's era as CS finance in the first term, and taken by Uhuru and probably Raila in second term. Nobody stopped them from spending it in the country and churches the way it was spent. Once it gets into your money we don't care whether it is local or abroad. All we know is that they stole it.

@@MrTabasamu money stolen does not become legal based on location. Rotich was CS during Uhuru and Ruto's first term. They both stole it and that is why Ruto is pretending that this is not an issue. If he was clean he could be screaming the loudest by now. He is part of it and happily dishes out Ksh 5m every weekend because he knew he had plenty. Now what happened to the church donations after stealing stopped?
