It’s not only criminal but whoever is loaning to ruto, the iMF is complicit to the crime, if this is proven than the Kenyan ppl should not be in dept, ruto and the imf should be taken to court over there criminal activities with Ruto., no wonder there trying ti distance themselves from ruto.
