Lumpy smiled to himself. All done! He walked to the kitchen and began to prepare a celebratory jug of coffee. “Hey.” said his roommate. ‘What you up to today, Lump?’ “Oh I just published the next part of my Breaking Bad series.” “Nice.” They replied. “I wanna get one more done before Christmas, we’ll see how it goes.” Lumpy took a sip of mud. His roommate looked confused. “Lumpy…” “Christmas was more than a month ago.” Lumpy stopped moving completely. His eyes had no glimmer of life. For a fraction of a second, he was almost featureless. Then he broke into a warm smile. “What are you talking about?” “It’s February, Lump.” His roommate looked concerned, but tired. “You’re like two months behind on rent by the way.” It couldn’t be. Lumpy ran to the front door and whipped it open. It was dark and snowy (well it’s always that here). He checked his phone. Sure enough, it read February the 3rd, 2024. Lumpy’s face contorted as he tried to remember what he’d been up to the past week, the past month even. “I was drawing Walter White and then…” He raced down to his computer to check. Sure enough, a folder was open. It was labeled ‘Breaking bd 18’ (Lumpy often misspelled his folders). He began to scroll through it. It contained various low resolution drawings and photoshops of Walter White. For plot reasons, he was naked (Lumpy couldn’t remember why). Lumpy kept scrolling. How long was this animation again? Half an hour? There were soooooooo many drawings of Walter White. High quality 128 frame 32 fps shots of light glistening on his bald head. So much detail… so many angles. Lumpy looked at a shot labeled ‘bigtimetime’. It was a 64 frame animation of Walter White rotating in place like a rotisserie chicken. Had he used this shot? No, no this might have been one of the ones that was cut. Another shot was labeled ‘lethmcook’. It featured Walter White (still naked) wearing nothing but a chef apron, looking at the camera and smiling. ‘lethmcookzoom’ seemed to be a followup to that shot, that zoomed in on Walter’s face more closely, and featured a cascade of light glimmering on Walter’s bald head. Had this all been relevant to the plot at some point? It seemed like a lot of work. There was a folder labeled ‘referereences’. Lumpy opened it. It contained countless pictures of Walter White, many from the show. There were also some strange inclusions. There were many pictures where he was extremely buff. On closer inspection, the images were extremely janky. Either it was a Walter White impersonator or maybe it was AI? Even more puzzling, in the folder there were stock images of men who had been altered. Lumpy could tell, looking closely, that a bald head had been painted over them, and that they had been given Walter White’s signature beard. Lumpy shook his head. He could tell this was his handiwork. How could he have spent so much time Walter Whiting these people? And how, after all this practice… Could his Walter Whites look so bad? To Lumpy, it was like he had blinked. 5 hours had passed. 5 new images had appeared in the folder. 5 new people had been warped into Walter Whites. Their heads gleamed, reflecting various light sources. 'Nice' he thought. The next thing he knew, he was standing in front of his bathroom mirror, brushing his teeth. He stared intently at his hairline. 'Am I going bald?' he squinted. It didn't seem so, but Lumpy hoped it would happen. He knew exactly what him bald would look like, and he could be shaded just like Walter White. Lumpy was at the grocery store. He was confused. Where were those damn scandanavian oranges?! He felt a ringing in his implant. 'One missed call from - your son' read his retinal display. Huh? He thought. Fucking ads. He needed to get his vitamin C and finish the next breaking bad part pronto. The man standing in front of him in line at the checkout took off his cap. He was bald. Lumpy instantly recognized the creases on the back of his head. 'Walt?' he said, grabbing the man and spinning him around. No. It was close, but it wasn't him. The man's beard was all wrong. Lumpy's eyes bulged. He could fix him. He grabbed the man's beard and began pulling as hard as he could. The man screamed, but Lumpy screamed louder. When Lumpy woke up, he was handcuffed to a hospital bed. He felt a throbbing pain in his head. He tried to sit up, but his legs were restrained. He looked out the door to his room. Familiar people were huddled there, talking in low voices. They seemed worried. What an inconvenience, Lumpy thought. He hoped he could get home soon. He had another Breaking Bad Gameboy'd to draw. It would be releasing... soon.

@dylanzlol7293 dodging the QTE would send Hank into a state of Bewilderment and untrust from how far Walter managed to evolve having never missed a single one of his signature Hank Schrader Punches, and Hank would become more fearful of Walter’s loss of humanity and would only hinder the player by summoning more troops locking them out of the True Ending.
