Falco screaming "YES!" with such machismo on Corneria made me laugh way too hard. 1:18 I think the fact that it took me nearly 20 years to discover this was possible shows what an awesome game Star Fox 64 is. Just a few years ago I would have had no idea what this sequence is referencing.

@@greg4587 The alternate level ending for Meteo to get to Katina (the big ufo level with Bill), you had to fly through a bunch of blue ring things that would make you faster for every one you hit and if you didn't miss any you would go into hyperspace which was this incredibly trippy and weird level ending. I was fortunate to find all the routes naturally without any outside help as a kid.

Since this game came out I played it numoures times. When I unlock this ending I loved it so much because my father was my hero and my inspiration. Sadly he past away December 11, 2021 (1 day after his birthday) I see this small part and my eyes start to tear up. Hello papa is something I always said to him and I know that he also believed in me ❤ now I just skip to 5:20 to have a smile, tears and remember my father.

Falco is the one most likely to shoot down enemies. Which, depending on whether or not you’re going for a high score can be a bad or good thing.

@Reed Mateus The thing is, if you kill him, you can't get the medal. You need all allies alive. And it only really makes much of a difference in all-range maps. Whenever you hear him say 'scratch one bogey', he's shot someone down. And while he's most likely, the others can still do it as well. I have seen Slippy finish off Andrew once or twice.

Having (finally) recently played a bit of Star Fox 64 myself, I just joticed something funny Star Wolf doesn't appear in this until their rematch, which implies that they were already defeated in the chaos of laser death that Star Fox was spraying everywhere and just went unnoticed

This whole video is a work of art. Having played SF 64 back in the day, it rings so true. The first time I saw this I almost got winded laughing so HARD when they deployed the Land Master and the villain started to ramble about music like a Bill Cosby comedy sketch. OMG! This is still the funniest part to me! I can't feet enough of it!
