I do not find this technique at all difficult on my hands or wrists, even after doing this for a decade or so.
Does this not put a lot of pressure on your wrist and possibly lead to carpal tunnel syndrome?
Nice video. Very informative and strong calming voice. Side note, Mr. Fritz you bear a striking resemblance to one of the actors from 'Person of Interest.' Just saying.
