Nearest Walmart Distribution Center that's probably 10 to 15 Miles away... I'm definitely fully qualified I have the amount of years, clean record... I'm definitely thinking about it

Sorry for the late reply, Study the pretrip, pay attention to what they show you during the pretrip and backing, have the right attitude and take it slow. Don't rush anything. I wish you the best.

Hi mosses just have a question? Why didn’t you just went intermodal with Jb hunt and be home every week for 2 days to be with family. I heard they making 1,400$ to 1,700$ a week. I went to a divorce because I made a decision to go over the road for more money but at the end she said I want home n file for divorce I went local but it was to late she met someone else because I was gone a lot.

I will be home every after 5 days for 2 days. It is tough but me need to find ways to make it work for us. There's sacrifice and work we need to do. We just have to be intentional about it. I'm sorry for the divorce you went through.
Is any of the training paid? If so how much per day?

It's all paid. It's $24/hr for 10 hrs a day during onboarding and orientation. For mentorship, you're paid based on what you do (miles and activities)
I will not drive to a jod. That takes me almost 50 miles to get there...

Totally understandable. I was used to driving to the Walmart DCs that are close to me when I was working for JB so I don’t feel it that much….and it’s not an everyday drive.
so if they call you back you screwed?
