Walking Foot Sewing Machine Demo! ||

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

In this video, I'll demonstrate the basic use of an industrial walking foot machine-the Consew 206RB-1. You'll learn how to safely operate this machine, some tips for keeping a machine like this running smoothly in a shared workspace, and if you're a home sewist, you can determine whether a walking foot attachment is something you'd like to obtain for your home machine.
This video assumes that you have a basic understanding of how a sewing machine works, and if you have experience sewing on a standard straight-stitch industrial machine, you'll find many aspects of this walking foot familiar.

I have a clone of this machine, got information the bobbin was supposed to be counter-clockwise. It didn't hang up, but the tension was impossible to set. Thanks to your video I turned the bobbin around and my problems disappeared. Thank you, Handy Woman!

It’s probably my favorite machine. A colleague recently got a walking foot attachment for her domestic machine and that looks great for a home studio too!

@@LaBricoleuse they are absolute work-horses and a delight. I have so many stories of positive projects on those machines, both styles. It's my favorite to recommend to people, plus parts are cheap so someone starting out has a pretty good chance of making it without going bankrupt.

I literally just picked up one of these used machines yesterday. Any chance you could share your instructional cheat sheets? They look very handy.
