27years ago,I held my first husband acvountsble, and he tried to kill me in a closet. HE never Got charged because he was griends with the sheriff. I know now his being adopted as a toddler and being a green beret medic turned him into a malignant NARCISSIST...I didnt UNDERSTAND his physical and psychological abuse when it was happening.

IDK why people always say there is no closure with a narcissist. There definitely is. To find out that they a narcissist and your not on the deep end like they are is all the closure i need! We should be focusing on our healing and educating others. Now that's closure.

Best way to deal with a narc is dump them then go total NO CONTACT. Nothing angers and hurts them more than losing control of you as you reclaim your power.

The narc left me 2 times for the same person. That situation blew up in their face and then they came back. After a month, they tried to triangulate me again with a new person. I dumped her first this time. I feel so proud of myself.

The narcissist is vile! Go no contact and stay no contact! Once you've left the narcissist their mask is off and you will experience the creature beneath!

I finally left and detached from the narcissist, before I left he even told me right to my face, how in so many words, he would waste at least 10 additional years of my life... lol... My silent thoughts were, no the heck you won't.. I moved into a new home and I never dealt with him any longer... I also will not speak to him any longer... I was very fortunate that I never married or lived in the same house with the narcissist, he took both of his ex wives through pure hell.. He was angry with me when I began the process of detaching... To say the least, the narcissist became useless and no man should ever be useless... Great video...

I have to say that they do not always hoover, after you walk away. This is especially true of a covert narc, after they have acted so badly that you walked away, and now, thinking of you activates their shame. They truly cannot tolerate the feeling of shame you trigger in them. In my case, the first time he screamed insults and accusations at me, I realized he was treating me with an undeserved contempt, and said so. He conceded that was true, and departed. I subsequently walked away, after he engaged in a lengthy silent treatment. He hasn't tried to reach out, and I suspect he will not. Ever.

I dumped a Narc and energy vampire when I saw their inner rage coming to the surface. I'm psychic and saw black energy in their aura, felt nausea in gut next to it and my intuition screamed run. I quietly went no contact, no explanation and blocked no. Not seen it. Never doubt your intuition. No contact is dangerous but so is Narc abuse. Revenge - success without them.

When I finally said after 7 years that I'M F@CKING DONE, he called the cops and told them im crazy. I'm glad I had messages proving that I asked for divorce. Then many months of silence while I was packing. He mentioned that he has a cancer (lies), then covid (lies), and something else. But I didn't care anymore. Then he started acting like nothing happened, obviously had a new supply already. He was the covert one. Pure evil 😈

Yeah, I was with a narc. And left him where he stood. He can’t come back for 1) blocked his text, vm, social media all blocked, 2) I left him in suspense sooooo, he don’t know what move to make. Which makes it sooooo easy for me to move on. I have some healing to do after being with this dark spirit for 3 months. I guess he found him a new supply cuz, I’m done 4 ever. No love lost here. Oh yeah he bought me a nice cheap watch from Amazon and had it mailed to me ….it’s trashed like him.

He disrespected me indirectly Threw out the yrs After the third time that was enough he cut ties with me but I'm totally fine with that 6 months later he calls me but I declined that call he left a message about how to battle covid-19. I wonder if they really have the ability to feel regrete or feel they "lost" you. I e ded it with fireworks! Packed his things, told him I was changing the locks and would have to retrieve his thing somewhere else, blocked him but still, I feel used and abused.

I've learned a whole lot about Narcissists. And they all do the exact same things. They are so boring, & vile. It's easy to predict what they will do. You must stay a couple of feet ahead of them at all times. One thing a Narc I knew did, that I haven't heard anyone talking about is the "Fishing".He was sending me a lot of songs on text. And when I checked his phone, he was also sending them to everyone on his contact list. He was using as a fishing net. To see who would reply. They connect with others thru music. That's The Devils move. Music. He does this. Music can take you to another place & time & trigger you. Everything they say, comes thru a song,, tv show or movie. Nothing is real. They take your stories of life, & portray them as their own to others. They're always hunting for new stories to use. They are EMPTY!

This is very true. Especially the music part. They want you to always think about them when certain songs come on. My ex narc even made me Cd's to listen to while driving. At the time I thought it was sweet. Now I know better. I do get triggered , but I remember this is the Devils music. I agree with you. Nothing is real.

I’ve left mine and he’s still tryna make my life a living hell. He’s using our child as a way to get to me. I don’t even wanna co-parent with. Just want him out my life for good

The narcissist will harm you

I am very happy now after healing but atst feel like killing the narc there was a time in my life when i couldn't even smile or give any kind of expressions for years fully drained and this shows that i have fully healed coz whenever people feel like getting back to the narcissists they are still in the traumabond. You need to see them as your enemies and avoid them coz they choose to be,before you used to see them as your allies and they were backstabbing you when people show you who they are believe the first time and see them as they showed you for the rest of the lifetime hardest lesson to learn.

I really appreciate this very detailed truth and experience you are sharing. I am struggling and suffering through this identical, extraordinarily traumatic circumstance with all 5 of these points. I have been praying to understand and feeling so overwhelmed and torn apart, ashamed and thoroughly confused. I mean it’s like you know what’s right and fair but your whole reality is being twisted reshaped and represented back to you in this insidious form and you feel like you are losing your mind and your life is fading away right in front of you. And your dreams and are being wasted and may be lost to you now. And for what? You feel trapped and confused and stupid but you care and you love and don’t want to abandon anyone. You don't want to hurt people you love so much you know? I am soooo naive. You said have faith. I have faith. I was praying and asking for understanding then I came across this video in google. I literally repeated your instructions from point 2. Here’s what I learned: Abuse is a door that cannot be partially allowed to remain open. It has to be closed completely. Thank you for this, I went no contact 2 weeks ago, going through hell now. I have a restraining order in place. Of course he is violating it and threating me. Being as big of a problem for me as possible. Glad to know this will pass at some point and I will be free.

If you're lucky he will find a new Narc supply and leave you alone. I'm 4 months dumping a Narc keep no contact it works. Work on yourself and have time to heal, find self love and respect that's what they damage, karma will kick them up the arse cos they don't escape it but they think they will. The fun part is when they slander you telling everyone how nasty you are, they keep on doing it, people get tired of it and they start looking stupid. They're a computer program infected with a virus - control, alt, delete.

Hello... I'm a Empath as well... In a sense we are completely the opposite side of the same coin compared to narcissists... Good versus evil... A Empath has high levels of empathy... Narcissist has none! They are drawn to us even more so to just anybody. A main source of fuel if I must say. Just learning all this out myself not an expert

I had the threats and put downs after leaving and going no contact, but there's no way he'd apologise as he's so narcissistic he CAN NOT see or say he's wrong or needed to change.. hes far too arrogant. I did go through the hoover though a year ago, through email , exactly like your emails.. but me finally walking away 9 months later has caused far too much of a narcissistic injury for him to apologise. Instead he's moved on to another stage you haven't mentioned.. slandering lies about you to everyone.. things he did himself to protect the false image. I look forward to getting to the 6 month stage, thank you.

I left and moved out the state ! He called me everyday for 6months from no caller Id and one day it finally stopped

She thought she owned me. She thought i was her property that she could toy with mentally/physically/emotionally. She thought she could stab me and get away with it. I discarded her, got a restraining order, and am pressing criminal charges. I beat that entitled, narc p.o.s.!

Yes that rage was INTENSE and scary💯YES he tried to abuse me in front of the whole neighborhod...I had the Police put his stuff out on the curb💯...and then they took his dogs his most prized possessions because I showed them that the dogs were suffering from.neglect in my yard.....he thought he was going to keep driving my life into the gutter....ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!💯

I managed to text my Ex and get closure that way, he never responded, I knew he wouldn’t but I said I never wanted to see or talk to him again and I wanted nothing to do with him. A few days later I run into him, I ignored him, he hung around expecting me to talk to him. But I was done, he didn’t exist to me, I turned my back and walked away, that really felt good.

I beat my narc and discarded him first I took his beauty and he is back on drugs and living from place to place

As time goes on, they get older and rageful, though some keep silent with their rage though most all of their personality traits are narcissistic. Be clear and go 👎 no contact.

Good nice simple and very factual presentation. Yep, it all happened just as stated except the apology, but staying a step ahead, guess that's in the pipeline. Blocked at every point, it will have to be via postal service, and an apology that will without doubt find itself in the trash. Keep walking forward survivors, away from their dark toxic existence and into the light.

I finally discard my narc bf the time that he was not prepared. and i feel relieve though still we are in the same company and working together but ending a commitment with him gives me freedom and stop him from humiliting and belittle me infront of our colleagues most the time. Now he is wondering why everyone noticing my physical appearance its because he was busy devaluing me and love boom to his new supply which he thinks i dont have idea, i take that opportunity to start dieting, exercising and healing myself to be ready for the exact time to discard him. Thanks for so many channels who discuss about NPD it helps me to fully understand why that time i am experiencing silent treatment, ignoring me, ignoring my calls, stop dating me all of these affects me emotionally thanks God its not too late for me to start again.

Unfortunately my empathetic kind heart felt horrible that I left the man and I tried to keep an open conversation so I could just be kind to him and that didn't go over so good. I called him to thank him for doing a good thing and returning my personal belongings paying to move me an hour away all I got was berated for something I did 6 months ago if it wouldn't have been for him losing his grandson is 18 year old grandson to drug abuse a week after I got out of the hospital from the suicide attempt I probably would have a different attitude of of no contact but he lives in a place there's only 300 people in the city and he's by himself and I was the only person he had as a friend because the first time I left them I made it very clear to our neighbors that he was a narcissist and abusive man who was in need of getting some psychological counseling when I went back for the third time he said he was going to a counselor it wasn't until the week before I left that he started and that was four months later I pity him but and I tried so hard to teach him how to love and be kind and he just could not figure it out next time someone tells me they have had three long-term relationships that failed in four marriages I'm running because they're you can't fix that level of narcissism

The amazing part is is that he keeps telling people that I'm the narcissist he's projecting his narcissism onto me and unfortunately I carry the guilt for acting out of my normal behavior and being rude and cruel to him after months of tolerating his devaluation the most unfortunate part is that I truly believe that at 70 years old he really wants to be a different person who told me that in December saying that he didn't like who he has become and this is the lowest part of his life and I know that's a Pity play but I think he was sincere and that's why I went back I wanted to love him to life you wanted to love me to death

So I went no contact after a abusive rage blaming me for what she did infront of her family.. after threatening me she kept trying to bait Me to talk to her. She even tried to get me fired from my job she did not succeed. I just ingored her. Didn't know I was dealing with a narc thought she was just a bully cause in private she would insult me. Glad I left and she has zero control!

I wish there was more easily found information on just how DANGEROUS things can turn. It’s sad that even if searching specifically for this there is not a lot found…be careful!

My narc ex didn’t even react when I broke up with him. No reaction, hasn’t reached out in a month. I think one that is missing from this list is the total lack of care when you leave

I mean with a mentality like that it scares me to death. I'm getting a permanent restraining order on Feb 9. At least I hope and pray they grant it.

I did it. Got there first. Bolt out of the blue. What a relief. Hard to get her out of my mind though. She was a beauty; a class act. Very poignant. Written all over her hands. Fingernails chawed off to the knuckle - a real tell tale sign. Was always a chewed fingernail snob but dropped the guard this time. Loved everything about her and had so much in common. Just finally gave up on this insidious abuse. No contact except in church where I'm the doorman - "better be a doorman in the house of the Lord than dwell in the tents of wickedness". If she genuinely came a cropper I'd be there for her but only as a last resort. I love her but I love myself just as much. Lord Jesus Christ bless you all.

I don't know if this is common, but after I caught my nex cheating and lying, I went no contact. It's been a week and it's been silence on her part as well. No texting, no calling, no closure, no apology, nothing. A part of me still wants "justice" or some sense of closure I guess. Is it normal for narcs to actually discard you after you've gone NC with them?

My ex bf also did the same things.I feel what u feel.When I know he cheating and ,lying he never admit it even I had a prove.Then I start no contact.He also silence.Its hurt me so much.

I have met my first narcissist five years ago. He made me fall in love with him and manipulated me every day, from the beginning he started asking for favors and I wanted me to do things for him that he couldn’t do for himself. He ultimately wanted me to give him papers with nothing in return. Our little relationship ended after about five months into the relationship, he stopped having sex with me and he always blame me for everything and made me feel always like I was not a good person and I wasn’t doing anything good or helpful to him. To this day he still calls me almost every day asking me to do favors and help him with his business. He promises stuff but never keep any promises. If I make any plans you always cancel a last minute call Mike he doesn’t care if I’m the one spending the money. He always try to make me feel bad, as if I’m the one doing something wrong, he’s always right. And he always tells me that he wants to be alone it doesn’t wanna have a relationship. It’s truly the worst relationship I’ve been in!

There's no need to take abuse you tell him to shut their narcissistic piehole then you explain to them they have to talk to somebody that actually cares to listen to them and wish them the best of luck

i say the samething thank god he did it he showed me what to do

SCG, in my relationship with my ex narcissist, the gaslighting, manipulation, put downs were amped up by her into overdrive. They got so bad at the end, she was triangulating me with her ex and I could feel the discard coming, so I broke it off with her just in time, so as you say I beat her to it. But something different happened to me, she completely ghosted me since then, its been 7mths with not a word. I guess with the triangulation she obviously had that new supply ready to go, what do you think?

Mine tried to kill me cause I left her first I didnt know what I was dealing with she really drove 4 hours to stalk me and almost kill me

Unfortunately I had a TBI from being hit by a semi and he (after 30+ years together) left me when I was not at all emotionally and mentally healed. All I can say is anyone who knew me, knew I would not have done it at that time. He remarried quickly, me still alone and struggling to trust ANYONE. But I will survive and come out of all this the me I should have been decades ago. Thx for video. Should have seen a long time ago but then wouldn’t have my kids so it’s all ok. Restoration in process...

I completely destroyed mine we can come out of these relationships with dignity and self-respect and a whole lot of satisfaction if I explain in full detail how I waited patiently for the first notorious smirk and then strategically played It Out KZread will delete my account talking about hate speech persecution of another f*** the narcissist have no mercy on them they weren't going to have any on you

He didn't have time to rage, I bailed he had no idea I was leaving!

Like, I understand that they think that they are wonderful, but my question is how, how does someone like this look themselves in the mirror with a straight face and tell themselves that and actually believe it?
