五种豆腐与其它食材一起煮,寓意五福临门。盛满满的一锅,热气腾腾,是不是有一种福气满满的感觉呢!希望这道普普通通的菜,能给各位带来一些祝福!
Five kinds of tofu are cooked together with other ingredients, which means five blessings descend upon to home. Filled a pot and full of steam, is there a feeling of blessing? I hope this common dish can bring you some blessings!
食材 :北豆腐 200g、油豆腐 60g、日本豆腐 250g、豆腐皮 60g、腐竹 50g、干香菇 20g、黑木耳 15g、金针菇 100g、胡萝卜 80g、大白菜 200g、姜片 适量、香菜 适量、食油 1汤匙、泡香菇水 1½杯、素蚝油 ½汤匙、营养酵母粉 1茶匙、糖 ½茶匙、盐 ½茶匙、胡椒粉 ¼茶匙、味醂 1汤匙、芝麻油 ½茶匙Ingredients :Firm Tofu 200g, Fried Tofu 60g, Japanese Tofu 250g, Tofu Skin 60g, Yuba 50g, Dried Shiitake Mushroom 20g, Black Fungus 15g, Enoki Mushroom 100g, Carrot 80g, Chinese Cabbage 200g, Ginger slice moderate, Coriander moderate, Cooking Oil 1tbsp, Soaked Mushroom Water 1½cups, Nutritional Yeast Powder 1tsp, Mushrooms Vegetarian Stir-fry Sauce ½tbsp, Sugar ½tsp, Salt ½tsp, White Pepper ¼tsp, Mirin 1tbsp, Sesame Oil ½tsp#素食#豆腐#Tofu#Vegan#五福临门

這因該是算年菜了,因該先用大鍋炒在放在砂鍋裡面比較好煮,那個在台灣不叫日本豆腐,叫做百頁豆腐,那個是手工菜,紅燒也很好吃的,很下飯的
感恩用心的製作和臺前幕後節目組的付出!我照著做,味道都還好!比較偏甜,孩子愛吃。唯一,豆腐不入味,老公說白白的。有沒有什麼方法改善一下?謝謝指導!!!

板豆腐買回來先用少許鹽巴醃過,隔夜煎就相當有味道了!有時候醃過的乾煎豆腐也可直接變成一道菜喔!

👩🏻🍳It is hard to find claypot in the UK, so there is no requirement, as long as the material can be directly to fire, it is ok!

👩🏻🍳Nutritional yeast different from active and beer yeasts because, after being grown commercially, the yeast is heat-treated to deactivate it, so it cannot ferment. Nutritional yeast is a very good source of B vitamins, except for B12, although this is often added to help combat deficiency in vegetarian and vegan diets.
