So much work is right! but taking it a bit at a time keeps it from getting overwhelming. Thank you for your kind words!
Clark, this episode made the day! I mean, it was a good day before I saw a new video, but this really the icing on the cake.

So glad it topped off a good one!!!
As im watching im laughing to myself and recalling how when you bought this one you were so psyched about how much less rust this one has compared to the orange bus! As i watched you cutting out metal one would wonder! Anyway your approach is one we can all relate to ( those of us who have taken a cutoff wheel to our beloved) You get the job done, and get another camper back on the road, which is so awesome!

Glad you are enjoying the videos! Trust me this one had rust but far far far far less than the orange one.
Loving the update on the bus. Whilst it may be frustrating, all work is progress. I really admire your 'have a go' approach, which appears to be very successful and is inspiring me. Also, loving your approach to health and safety in the workplace :))
Nice progress on the bus looking forward to the next update; Char char real smooth!
Thanks for the update, it's looking good. Also gotta say I like your Jeep Scrambler. There aren't a lot of those around anymore.

New subscriber here. Looks great you have alot more patience for body work than I do.
Hey Guys, Love your enthusiasm. I am on my third bus now which is very much like your one.( same condition - navy a bit worse) I’ll keep doing mine down under here in Australia - you keep up the good work Evo
Loved the video guys! I'm dealing with the same thing on a beetle.

The 110 volt $90.00 unit? I have a 47 CJ2a Jeep that is going to require some work like yours and thinking I can get by with something like this? Thanks for your reply.
Very nice I'll doing the same thing. I just bought another house and I'll have a garage after 16 years without. I'm pumped the Texas heat has been killing me. How did you buy your replacement panels from?

That's awesome! I have been following your progress. I get the panels from either busdepot.com or wolfsburgwest.com

Thanks man. I can't wait to tear mine down and pull the engine.
Did the window lip fit in place as they where? or did you need to modify them? I got exact same parts waiting to be fitted (also damage looked exactly like mine). All I need right now is more hours to day... And other question, where did you buy those front bottom parts from?
@clarkunderwood

Parts are from busdepot.com - I left the original lip and only replaced the flat section.
How did you get your spot welds to looks so smooth

Holy $hit. I can't imagine doing that much body work with a f%$king flux core mig. Nice job! I was thinking of selling my bus because I don't have much time to work on it these days. Watching your restoration has made me change my mind and find/make the time. Cheers.
what kind of music do you use for your videos?
Will you do another vw bus
