It’s a cold autumn night in geelong Australia, a young 19 year old has just bought his first kombi and is preparing to restore it when he comes across this Channel a few weeks ago. Here he sits aimless wandering around the interweb when the notification hits...NEW VIDEO FROM THE BEST KOMBI CHANNEL ON KZread!!! Edit: please make more videos 👌👌😄

We're so happy to hear about your progress with the family "bus" and the little underwood "bug". We're so excited for you two, you're almost to the finish line with both projects. Just a little fine tuning to do on them both. As for parent hood advice, take lots of photos those first fews months are blur. Assign night shifts (7pm-1am/1am-7am) to make sure you both get regular blocks of sleep. A Lazy boy in nursery is a life saver, you can nurse and cat nap at the same time. Night lights are your friend put them all around the house. Make sure you have bottles of water handy all that nursing makes new moms thirsty. Take lots of regular walks the movement rocks babies to sleep. Get a hot air humidifier for baby colds and tilt the crib slightly so the baby's head is higher than their feet helps drain their noses. All the best of luck!

@@clarkunderwood These tips are for your wife: buy her a box of the "Aveeno Soothing Bath Treatment" she should soak in it for half an hour it reduces post birth pain. Pressed Cabbage leaves against the skin reduces breast pain, alternate it with the herb "Fenugreek" which increases milk production. Tell her to eat lots of fruit especially Raspberries, it's a lot better than the pills they will give her. Rest for the first 8 hours post birth, that is the longest stretch the baby will be asleep. After that newborns are up every 2-3 hours around the clock.

I see London, I see France, now I've seen Clark's underpants :-) Always reminds me of my 1965 factory camper. Lived in it for a year and a half and traveled western North America extensively. Only rebuilt the engine and tranny once :-) Life hack ... after removing the distributor, never use a match to look down the bore to check the keyway alignment !

Wow, so much progress you two have made here! Mrs. Underwood is awesome, as if you didn’t already know that. I had a copy of that book, “How To Keep Your Volkswagen Alive” when I had my many VWs long ago. I’m so jazzed about your restoration and rebuild of the bus, and wish you great luck and success. Mostly it’s just your hard work, and hard earned cash that makes it happen, though. Thanks for taking us along for the ride. Onward

Well you must be parents by now! congratulations!! I wish you all the best on your new journey as parents! Now im taking my granddaughter camping! The Vanagon has been a member of the family since Oct 17 1980, and i drive it almost daily! It still looks a little crusty on the outside, but underneath, and inside everything is brand new! Just a few more panels to replace. Maybe one day ill paint it! Enjoy your journey, its a amazing one!

All the best guys. Hope everyone is happy and healthy. A baby should have a VW bus. We had a Tiguan with our youngest 2 girls loved it. Had to go to a Minivan when the third was born. Rear facing seat options are hard to come by for that VW model.
