We replaced today the hpfp and fuel injectors everything else was cleaned and nothing replaced. We didn’t even use the counter hold tool to tie down that bolt shaft, instead we add the bolt on the timing stick a screw driver and tight down to 95nm worked fine . Car started and run very nice. this video was also helpfull
Amazing! Doing belts, water pump, and a CP3 retrofit. These videos are a life saver. Only question I have is how did you get the egr hose off without taking front of car apart to access? Any advice ?

Hello! Quick question. What happens if I remove the fuel line at 14:17? I did a mistake when I cleaned the throttle body and now the oil dipstick it's not in the correct position. It would be easier to unscrew that pipe and place the dipstick into the correct position instead of the removal of the throttle body again. Is there any fuel on that pipe? I know you can prime the pump by turning the ignition on/off a few times. What do you think?

Hello friend, I'm just after cleaning the entire fuel system because my pump had filings. The injections are after the pump is also regenerated. I assembled the entire fuel system, but I can't start the car, no pressure on the injection rail. All the fuel goes back to the tank. The pressure regulating valve on the pump makes a very strange noise, never made such a noise. Is the high pressure pump clogged? I tried to pump fuel through VCDS several times but it did not work. Maybe you know what could be the reason, I have already installed this pump twice, but it is still the same.
Do you know if CJCB engine has this problem with the HPFP?

It seems that working on TSI/TFSI engine is easier ... maybe because we don’t have any diesel cars in my country

Hello, I replaced hp fuel pump and now get diesel right up to the hp fuel pump but can’t get diesel past the pump and to the fuel rail? Any ideas what I’ve done wrong?
I was changing my timing belt and got both the cam and crank locked in before I removed my old belt. I thought I locked in the fuel pump but it looks like its 1/4 turn off. Can I just move it back and set the alignment pin in?

You will need to bring the engine to TDC and and insert the crankshaft alignment tool in ,insert the camshaft alignment tool in , slacking the belt tensioner pulley centre bolt, slacking the camshaft sprocket to hub three 13mm headed bolts and high pressure sprocket to hub bolts and reset the tiiming. kzread.info/dash/bejne/lISbrquRgrvZn9Y.html
would this be the same process for CJAA? 2.0 Jetta TDI 2012. My HPFP got destroyed, metal particles inside the fuel filter and in the sensor. Do you think I will need to replace fuel rail and injectors, fuel pump and aux fuel pump? What do you think is actually very necessary to replace in that situation?

Hello there, today we removed and replaced new hpfp. Tommorow we are going to work on it again, my question was: We locked cam and crank and now do we have to only set the hpfp and not move at all the crank and cam ?

Yes, although this video is for CEGA engines, CEGA has the same kilowatt and horsepower as CBBB. So the same procedure can apply to CBBB engines.
I have 2010 skoda Laura Diesel type 2 and I am getting P0088 Fuel Rail Pressure too high error while driving its stretch self while starting car and I have replaced entire Rail with both the sensor from the working Laura and Changed the High Pressure pump DRV but still getting same error while riding.Please help me hear to find the problem. Thanks in Advance!!

I just turn the ignition on but don’t start do that few times should hear the pump working
How did you depressurize the fuel raill and pump. Dont wanna me injected when im working on my regulator

Thanks for watching our channel Vehicle, which i was working on, you had to remove the throttle body to create enough room to bring or manoeuvre the pump backwards as far as the pump shaft can be exited out of the pump mounting bore.
Did it start fast after that ?
