If you bible readers are against it...why are you even here? Go to a Christian channel.....don't be spreading your colonized enslaved fears of African culture and spirituality here.....

Your beating down the mainstream media they spend fortunes doing what you do for less than half the price they pay and your not using negatives the way the BBC does. Keep up the good work your getting allot of black people thinking.

True but I like to think of it as a way of life and not a religion. Religion is to trick and lead the masses. African spirituality is freedom to celebrate and manifest our culture.

My roots are from Benin/Togo. I was born in Trinidad & Tobago. When I googled the peoples of the region, I was in total shock to see the insane resemblance of the President of Benin and my Great Grandfather. SPLITTING IMAGE.

In the South, Voodoo/Hoodoo are still used and is major. Many of us, Diaspora Africans are aware of the art form/religion. Our African Ancestors found some ways to keep the traditions going for us to have today, but unfortunately some of our people are not interested in the religion/art form of our African Ancestors. It's time to educate people of different religions from all over the world. Cool video!

I believe that no matter what, wherever the children of Afrika are found throughout the world. They are still Afrikans♠ I Recently took DNA a test and found out my roots trace back to Benin/Togo. I'm a Proud descendant of my Afrikan ancestors. I'm going to visit for months at a time. I may even use Ghana's "right of abode " program and relocate. Peace to you dynast. keep working brother. 👊

Peace brother, thank you for documenting your trip to Africa and spreading the knowledge that you've gained. I'm have plans to go soon but I'd like to know if you got the recommended vaccines or if there is a way around that. I personally don't care to get vaccinated before my trip but I'd like to know your thoughts.

I grew up in Haiti 🇭🇹 where Vodou is vilified. I’ve always been curious about the practice! As a child I was told is evil. I’ve always known and believed that it is part of who I am; it is my root. I’ve always been drawn to it, but also I’ve been kept away. I want to learn more about it. Thank you for what you do!!!

@Search for Uhuru I was beginning to get into Santeria. The only thing about Santeria is that a Santero can be a homosexual however a Babalawo(which is more of the Iffa side that you find in Yorubaland in Nigeria) you cannot. The Santero that was recommended to me was homosexual and that kind of discouraged me. So now I'm learning more towards Iffa. It's extremely powerful though. It's also important to note that the Ancient Kemites and Ancient Kushites along with West African religions all pretty much come from the same root. The only thing I don't like is that we Africans tend to allow outsiders into things that are supposed to be sacred to us.
