I love the gracefulness of his playing. Such a musical player- his mind is clearly in the music during his performance.

Adam is the perfect example of why drum programming is not a replacement for a real Drummer.

There is no human being and no AI able to convert the intricacies and general flow of Adam into a reliably accurate MIDI file. Notes and velocities cannot capture this.

I am almost certain that the drums of Vola are written by Asger using programming.... Adam gets the pleasure of recording them though

I don't think anyone is making that argument? People program drums because they don't have a drummer or don't have the resources to record.

@@these2feet.vs.theworld270 wrong. Asger uses beats in his DAW when he's riffing out, but Adam clearly writes the finished drum beats. There is footage of both parts of the process for the public to see, so it's not a mystery.

As always, it's more than a pleasure watching you play. Everything you play is so perfectly controlled, yet with such emotion.

Yeah man, Felix was awesome, but I think Adam is a better fit for the band.

One of the most fun drummers to watch - the joy that Adam gets from playing is so palpable!!

Not only I absolutely love this song as a prog fan, my 5 y.o. son has it in his favourites in spotify and we always listen it in the car. And the best part is that my wife also enjoys it while she can's take "heavy" music

If I would have been able to continue playing a kit, I’d set my toms up like a set of marching band quad toms. I think it would be much more efficient, and more effective for keeping proper posture while playing. Things you think of after a ton of spine surgeries.
