A consistent theme with the majority of my sleep hypnosis videos is the importance of directing your mind away from the past and the future. Very often, the negative and upsetting emotions associated with looking backwards with regret and remorse, as well as looking forwards with fear and apprehension, make it difficult to switch off and stop your mind spinning, especially at night when we are alone with our thoughts.
When you are able to place your mind in the present, you are free from those emotional burdens.
This audio track is safe and suitable for frequent listening - as many times as you wish. Since hypnosis helps induce positive behavioural change, a different version of you will be listening each time and so your subconscious will enjoy a different experience on each occasion.
When listened to on a regularly, this hypnosis session can help reduce anxiety and other stress-related issues, such as insomnia, OCD and depression. Also, when you have a full night of quality sleep and rest, inevitably you will be better prepared to face life's day-to-day challenges in a more positive and solution-focused way.

    Thank you so much for taking the time to create these extremely helpful recordings. I have trouble falling asleep and actually would get anxious when night came because I would toss and turn. When I found your recordings, I listened the first night, and I honestly can't tell you what you say after about 3 minutes because I'm usually asleep. So, do they work? Absolutely!!! I wake up rested and refreshed each morning. I've shared with my mom and friends who experience insomnia. Blessings to you! So, he's to tonight...

    Thank you, Nick. Wish you a blessed Easter. I would like to present gratitude as I shall be a voice for many, many troubling souls: some of us are battling crippling insomnia and anxiety, facing terrible fates (whatever they may be). My thoughts are today with you, my fellow sufferers. For me, it's been a hell with losing my health due to sleep deprivation and extreme anxiety and fear of the future, not least because of the horrors of what this world is becoming, and missing my cradled youth, those daily walks in memory lane. For you, it may be another cross to bear. But in the midst of the night, laying awake, there's nothing as lonely, not of course to what most others would conceive . And you, fellow sufferers, are in my thoughts today. I light a candle for you tonight, for all of us plagued by insomnia. I find extreme comfort in your sessions, Nick. You are a wonderful person and it's hard not to shed a tear listening to your heartfelt compassion, which of course, is picked up instantly by your soothing manner. Thank you for your light.

    Dude, it's hard to sleep good without alcohol....I totally understand. Let's both hang in there for normal sleep....it's gonna be ok!!!

    Hi guys - you might feel as though alcohol helps you sleep, but it actually impairs quality sleep. Reason being it suppresses your ability to enter the REM (rapid eye movement) state, the sleep cycle where you dream more actively and where you recover and recuperate. It's not a good sleep aid.

    There’s a very simple solution here, Jack. Don’t listen. There are many, many more hypnotherapists you can listen to who won’t agitate you. It’ll save you the time of writing and me the time of stating the obvious to you! But thanks for the feedback anyway! :)
