I have PTSD from Friday Night Lights! I loved that show so much and it took me about a week to get over it ending. Ridiculous I know 😂

I just love watching your vlogmas episodes. Because of you, I’ve learned to make socks and loving loving making them. I usually have more than one pair going at a time. Your family is so sweet and a peek into your daily life is such a treat for me, a nearly 72 year old great granny! Thank you for sharing these with us, Kay. I’m so impressed as well with the boys’ desire to remain private. While it is wonderful to see them in snippets, I’m glad of their decision. Thank you for endless inspiration! I’m currently trying out the potholder pattern! 😊

I’m intrigued by the yarn carousel from Twice Sheared Sheep but I’m afraid my cats would think it’s a toy for them. We got a new kitten last month and he’s into everything!

Such pretty colors! My grand daughter just got married and I told her new husband that just because he married her he still needs to date her.

That Brine Dyeworks color from the Polka Dot Creek advent is absolutely gorgeous! This vlogmas is such a joy to watch. And I did give in to the inspiration and cast on my heavily modified Cozy Memories blanket last night, thanks to your beautiful advent one that you’re making.

Another great Vlogmas episode. OMG it's so sweet that Eric opens the car door for you (please tell me it's not just for date night) What a gentleman! I ordered one of those wooden yarn caddies (not TSS) but it came without the strap (kinda useless without it). However I did get a metal one thru Etsy. I used it while walking around a local craft fair several months ago. It's definitely a conversation starter. Kay, I found that cookie dough when I was grocery shopping last nite!! I'm afraid to make them since I live alone and will eat them all.

I love that you blow that candle out right before the next day. Love all the colors in the blanket. You knit and crochet so fast. I am making dish cloths for my family now so thanks for the great idea.

Loving all the Advent stuff. I’ve never ordered an Advent, but I’m definitely ordering one from somewhere next year. They are all very pretty. Loving the Lump of Coal socks ❤

The homespun house fade is amazing… I’m working mine into a pressed flower cardigan and it’s so pretty!

I’m loving your Vlogmas episodes. Do you always use US 1 needles for socks with finger weight yarns ? I did my first pair on US 2 dpns ( that’s what the yarn label recommended). They were too big, second pair, same type of yarn on US 1.5 dpns( still too big but better.) Third pair ,different yarn but finger weight, on US 1.5 9” circular which fit pretty good. In the mean time I ordered US 1 9” circular needles, just in case ( because I now have enough yarn for 6 more pairs. How do I know which size needles to use if the different yarns all say finger weight? How many 9” circular needles do you have? A zillion?😁

A great vlogmas episode again. I’m really enjoying them and watch you daily. Please can you share what the blanket/shawl is on your chair when you are editing on your computer 😊

Kay, would you ever do a video of how you cast on and knit? I can't, for the life of me, get the tension right for casting on without letting go and pulling down (you just pull with your thumb and get right back into the next cast on). AND I want to mimic exactly how you knit because you knit SO FAST!!! I'm a pretty fast thrower/flicker, but nowhere near your speed. Just a request!! You're so good at explaining and tutorials! Ok, thanks! Loving Vlogmas. ❤

How do you always have coordinating yarn for the heels and toes. Do you buy a skein or can you always find a mini. I can’t seem to find a mini

I use a lot of sock sets that have minis with them. Or use scraps or minis I have in my stash.
