To be honest, I noticed it at first but then I didn't really see it because your personality outshines your imperfections! Everybody has flaws, we need to embrace them.

I was born with a lazy eye too. I was bullied at school for wearing glasses so then I stopped wearing them so when I went to secondary school I was bullied for having a lazy eye. Today now I know that I have to live with it

@@StephanieMacedo I have a lazy eye when younger it used to face towards my nose but after surgery it started drifting about 3-4 years after and it's now facing my ear I guess you could say and it's distracting to sometimes to others and I am super insecure looking people in the eye but I get compliments on me being pretty just the way I am and what not I mean I think I'm a good girl but sometimes that my eye just bothers me and I don't think I can do the job that I want when I get ypunger im in highschool now and no one really notices ive figured out if i look at them slighty to left or right they dont notice unleess head on whitch can be a lil annoying and i think that no one will lile me because of my eye.

I was raised the same way, I don’t understand why you would want to make someone uncomfortable about something they can’t control. You are so beautiful and such an inspiration ❤️

Honestly, I did notice it a while ago in one of your videos. HOWEVER, you can BARELY see it, and only at certain angles. Not big a deal at all (to me at least). You’re very brave for coming on here and talking about it. I sure as hell am not perfect whatsoever, no one is. Keep doing your thing, I love watching your videos!

This video was very touching. I am 38 years old and have always had hollow under eyes. Till this day I have so many insecurities about it. No amount of concealer can hide them. Thank you for being so inspiring and so humble

I’ve noticed your lazy eye in the past and wondered for a very long time what it was exactly. I found this video very supportive as I’m having the same issue, amblyopia (lazy eye). It feels as if you were talking about what I’m facing exactly. I’m strong but I can’t deny there is always that moment that I would feel like “why me” and I can’t accept myself. It’s always good to see how people are dealing with their imperfections esp. the visible ones in our case. I liked the video and that’s what I needed to hear cuz I’m in one of my “downs” moments. I have something (significant) that I’m very self conscious of and I related to this video a lot. It’s taken me a long time to accept me as I am. Like you said, we’ve all been dealt different cards. We should all just learn to love ourselves as we are. We all have gifts to give this world. And if we worked on accepting ourselves, we would be more accepting of others and their imperfections. I have a shirt that says “perfectly imperfect”. That’s what we all are! Thanks for having the courage to share your story with all of us!

I’m so happy that I found this video. I was born with strabismus and nystagmus and I have struggled so much with my self esteem. Everyday tasks are a struggle for me, like driving, even maintaining eye contact. I had my first surgery during the fall, and although it has improved, the problem is still there. But thank you for sharing, I hope that one day I’ll be completely comfortable and accepting as you are ❤️

I was born with a Lazy Eye also. My mom was told when I was born that they could do an operation but it could cause blindness. She decided not too and I’ve struggled with it my whole life. Everyone used to point it out, ask questions, and even bully me. I still have issues with it till this day and I’ve never had an operation and I’m 24 years old . Never had any visual issues and I have no talent so there’s nothing special with me . I’m so glad you did this. You really touched me in a way nobody else has been able to. You’re a beautiful person. Love you girl!!! I’m proud of you for sharing this with us! You are so beautiful inside and out! I had to wear glasses in fourth grade and I hated it so much and cried so much that my doctor allowed me to use contacts in fifth grade. I wore contacts everyday for Fourteen years. The Contacts scratched my eyes and made my vision worse and worse every year. In 2013 my husband convinced me to get Lasik eye surgery. My brother had gotten the procedure done also and he was fully recovered in one week. My eye shape was different and they had to do a different eye surgery which was longer recovery, it took about two months to be fully recovered after Lasik. Everything happens for a reason and hopefully you can find something that works for you wether its surgery or not. I am very happy now with my vision its amazing and I feel really fortunate.
