  I loved this vlog! ❤❤ Stephanie you outdid yourself. Possibly one of the best vlogs I've ever seen. Fellow Canadian here, but my dads Portuguese and I completely understand the feeling of leaving part of my soul back after seeing where he came from!! It's been almost 20 years since Ive stepped foot there and I miss the culture, the food, the scenery. I was just a teen on vaca and since then too many things keep getting in the way, but God willing I'll be able to visit Portugal again with my huaband and little child. If you go to the mainland next year, maybe I'll see you there?! 😉 You're family seem like they're so fun to go on a trip with! 😊

  Don't sweat the paint problem on your nightstand! You did a great job just go back and paint over the area that's peeling. sand it and paint it again and it will be fine and you'll be happy!

  It's nice to see that you care about your dog when you leave. I can't stand people that go to work for eight hours a day and then go someplace after work all while Their dog is a cage at home or out of damn cage waiting for someone to let em out to do their business. I keep saying people like that should not own a dog.

  Steph, thank you for sharing this beautiful vlog. I’m mixed race and my mom and her family are from the Azores. I have been trying to make a plan to go visit there for years! We had wanted to take my mom back for her 60th birthday but we weren’t able to make it. Her family emigrated to Toronto when they were young. This was such a touching & beautiful vlog for me to watch. Your Tia and Tio are amazing! Reminds me so much of my family! ❤
