Your car chat melted my heart and I totally get it going through the same timeline as you with marriage and divorce just 6 months ahead. In a LDR with a stellar human bean and having that space to personally grow resettle and recenter with the privilege of dating someone so upstanding. Thank you for your vulnerability and realness. Always here for you authentically when you can present that side. Your life is not for our entertainment but it's a honour to share in what we can. 🌸🌻

Loved the car chat on codependency! A previous therapist of mine once told me that codependency is the inability to sit with the discomfort of others. As someone who takes responsibility for other people’s feelings, and assumes that I’ve done something wrong this really resonated with me and has really changed the way that I look at my relationships and how I react to others!

Enjoyed the car chat. Getting the codependency diagnosis can be a game changer. I'm so glad you're on the journey and doing the work. A must-read is the book Codependent no more by Melody Beattty. A wise counselor I once had said that she believes around 75% of all Americans are codependent. Walking out of it is a journey and takes time. It's so rewarding and life-giving. You're doing it!

Oh yes, from the little I know it was obvious you were putting 100% and more of the effort, that unhealthy frame can be seen through the lens of co-dependency for sure. One of the most liberating thing about my relationship with my husband is that I genuinely never have to people please him. The good things we do for each other come from the heart.

Michel -- thank you for this community you have created and continuing to find ways to make it work for YOU and your purpose. Due to the busyness of day-to-day life, I find myself ignoring most of the vlogs that come across my feed except for one account... yours. Thank you for constantly showing up for your viewers and modeling how vulnerability and awareness are traits we can all benefit from having more of. What can I say, I am just so grateful for the career path you chose! Sidebar: I am needing a new daily cleanser, but I am nervous about the Algae Extract and Sesame listed in the ingredients' list for the OSEA cleanser you use since these are pore-clogging ingredients. Are you still loving the OSEA ocean cleanser as your daily cleanser? Also, new mic FTW!

Arrange each ingredient on a single platter in a mound and serve with melba toast. Or for dinner party arrange on a salad plate for each guest. They can make their own combinations on toast.

When you said you were getting lanterns I immediately envisioned three of them, but all at different cord lengths/heights as I think that would be more elegant, add more visual interest, and capture those spa vibes you were after. Just a thought! Also re: codependency - there's nothing to be ashamed of there. I definitely have those tendencies as well, and the power of recognizing that situation when it's happening and evaluating what that means for the future of that relationship is invaluable. The old cliche knowledge is power is so pertinent there. So happy for you for all of your personal growth!

I am SO SO SO a big fan of "You" and adore it all. I do tend to like darker things, but overall, I just love how it shows the different dimensions of a stalker and how our perceptions of people aren't always right. Also, LOVE your jeans! Furthermore, I thought the new mic provided a richer sound but wasn't too drastically different either. I say go for it!

Michel, i dont know if you have a hobbylobby near but i bought 3 outdoor glass laterns. 2 things to think of is the fake candles that have a remote work great and another thing to look at is amazon they have some has small puck lights that are stick on that are to go under cabinet wireless and have a remote. So there are 2 options you might check instead of the lighting with the pucks be shooting down turn them up toward the ceiling for a relaxing light while relaxing in the tub....oh and p.s. you can put a picture over your tub or even a cute little shelf with maybe some litle fake green cuculllents. Oh and to the other day the had the candles in a nice cset on amazon for very cheap. I think there were like maybe 6 in a package for 19.00 but it might of been on of those deals.Good luck!

Hi, Michel! The new mic sounds fine. Thanks for talking about co-dependency. It made me realize I do some of the things you mentioned. I need to research the subject. On a different note, try looking at craft stores for ideas for the tub space. Hobby Lobby has tons of baskets and items for the home- at great prices, too! They carry Christian books, too. There is also Michael's craft store. Have a good week! 🌞

Lights above the bath makes me so nervous, I’d be scared of them falling and electrocuting me 😩 But I’m assuming since it wouldn’t be plugged into a wall (it would be battery operated) that would be ok. Sounds pretty though just make sure it’s safe!! 💕

I don’t understand how they make you drink more water? I’ve been debating because I feel like I’m not cool if I don’t have one and every single influencer has the white one but they are ridiculously expensive and I don’t get the hype. Please enlighten me 😂😊 💦

1.) I will gladly help you with eyeshadow and using eyeshadow as liner! 2.) For a slicked hairstyle (I go bun instead of pony) I use my brush and a little bit of gel, so I don't have to buy another product!

Hey Michel! Still watching but for a slick back pony/bun I have found using a boar bristle brush is best. I also recommend brushing back instead of down towards your ears (hopefully that makes sense) 😊
