@@MichelJanse potassium actually helps with all cramps even menstrual. I've also heard pickle juice, but that one isn't exactly proven but those are my top 2 go to during that time!

My friend went to Jordy's concert in Nashville, and she sent me a couple of pictures. It sounds like it was a good concert. I'm glad you were able to attend and go on the road with Jordy.
Nashville is my favorite city, so beautiful! So interesting, the lives of musicians, they sounded great!

Oh my gosh I recognize the Ryman Auditorium! We got to sing there during the day as part of our choir field trip. It's the former home of the Grand Ole Opry, which is why it's so famous.

I remember when the Ryman was flooded along with the rest of downtown Nashville. It took quite a bit of work get it looking the way it does now.
