I love to see this! Virtual On was the first Saturn game I owned, when I bought a PAL one in the early noughties - and by then it was already considered retro gaming... I never got to play it in multiplayer though; it's fantastic to see you guys getting so much fun from your NetLink setup. And let's be real for a minute; as fun as these games are playing single player, they are completely transformed when the competitive element is introduced (I can see it in your faces...heh heh!)

This game must have expectionaly gd netcode for the time. There is far more to send over the network than a racing game. In a racing game only the car position needs posting. In a game like this both characters and the projectiles (of which there are often many at one time) all need to be shared.

its kinda bad that ive only really played this in yakuza even know i own it on saturn, i really must get round to playing it
