It's not that he can't it's that he refuses to in public. Webster's changed the definition after parkland to fit the gun control agenda. He could go with that, but he doesn't want to say the quiet part out loud on record. They absolutely want to ban everything. They just want and I would argue desperately need to go after anything that gives the people even relative parity to the state. It is also a class of firearm that increases the number of individual gun owners and they can't stand that either. Even in it's heavily infringed state the current remaining 2nd amendment is the absolute bane of the want to be totalitarian police state.

I tried to explain it to an ignorant friend as …. assault rifle is sort of the same as an assault fork when you try and steal my steak. Another example is all of the assault cars you have to walk in front of every time you cross the street.

They've lost the argument but just havent seen the writing on the wall.

There should be a mandatory competency test for anyone who wishes to pursue any government job or office position. Having leaders that are ignorant, willfully or otherwise, of what they are regulating and enforcing, should not be in their current position of power. It's dangerous and frightening.

Infact, due to our post-Cold War disasters at home and abroad, world already doesn't believe in our fake value-based foreign policy and treats us just like normal selfish nations like China or Russia who relentlessly pursue their self-interests but don't pretend on values or ideologies. Then, when they don’t understand that and insist that an assault rifle is an actual thing that exists, I’d probably try (pointlessly) to educate them that it’s just a propaganda term like “undocumented worker” or “fluid gender”. I could make a strong argument (backed by statistics) that a handgun is more dangerous than an AR-15. I could make a very strong case that a typical hunting rifle is more dangerous than an AR-15. And I could make a very strong case that the AR-15 is not a “military” weapon. Simply because, it isn’t. And that’s all without even getting into the guaranteed protections of the Constitution based on it being the most popular rifle platform in the country. I can use it for defense. I can use it to hunt (though not that effective by comparison to other rifles/shotguns). And I can use it for sport shooting. That’s just off the top of my head. Sounds multi-purpose to me.🤷‍♂️

These committees are a waste of time when you put time limits on question being asked, they go totally around the question when being asked just to run the time out and the end result is a waste of tax payers money. They ask simple questions that be answered with a yes or no answer and they still continue to go around the question just to run the clock down so they don't have to answer the question. These people need to be held accountable, especially Mayorkas and Fauchi.

Hammers, steak knives, automobiles. As the 2nd amendment is in regard to firearms, they must specify which firearms to get them banned. The "we must ban something" idiocy is a non-issue if you cannot state what must be banned. You may be impressed with their strategy but it will not serve them well when you must write the name of the show you think needs to be cancelled. We are not cancelling all of them to make sure we get the one that upset you. Those complaining must be clear about their complaint. Rules and distinction matter to us.

They're all getting paid. If I could go to work, do nothing and get paid I'd be putting in 16 hours of overtime a day.

Absolutely, there's nothing to be gained by questioning someone who deliberately will not answer straight questions. Mayorkas needs to be impeached for breaking his oath of office, charged with treason (for not upholding his oath of office) and be deported to Cuba where he was born... 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Cause they are all in it ! It is a play they put on for the people like good cop , bad cop. Gives some of us a little hope that we are so close to winning just give it a little more time and good guys win . I used to have hope . Not any more , nothing will ever happen to the criminals in our Government . Both sides are guilty but they are dug in too deep . You think any of them would just give up their criminal ways and step down ?

At 4:05 in the video, he said my international friends for asking him what is going on with the mass killings in America is his international friends the Chinese government? Is that all it takes is a couple of international friends to pressure someone in high government to disarm America. That is extremely scary, and also troubling that they don’t know that that could be other countries plans to disarm us.

forget your conspiracy theories for a minute and answer this: why do American laws allow for such a high volume of mass shootings? at the very logical core, to reduce these events, would either a ban on ALL guns be voted on to reduce as much as possible deaths (as it seems pro life is a tune that many like to sing but seldom apply it outside of birth related matters) or keep guns but severely regulate rate of fire and caliber. if none of the above is addressed, nothing will change. and yeah, the states IS the laughing stock of the world, especially when it comes to double standards as meddling in foreign affaires when at home, citizens are killing each other. well done 'merica.
